| Objective: On the basis of preliminary study on anti-inflammatory activity,chemical components of Tetrastigma planicaule(Hook.)Gagnep and Whitfordiodendron filipes(Dunn)Dunn were studied,providing scientific basis for clarifying the chemical basis and anti-inflammatory effect of the two medicinal plants.Methods:The crude powder of rattan stem from T.planicaule and W.filipes were extracted by cold extraction with 80% ethanol for 3times,and then the extracts were combined and recovered solvent to obtain the total paste.The total paste was divided four parts by systematic solvent separation,including petroleum ether part,ethyl acetate part,n-butanol part and water part.The chemical components were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,sephadex LH-20 chromatography,pore resin,polyamide column chromatography,recrystallization,preparation liquid phase,etc,and identified by physical and chemical properties identification,mass spectrometry,NMR and other spectral methods.Results:First,ten compounds were isolated from T.planicaule and identified as β-sitosterol(1),taraxerone(2),physcion(3),β-daucosterol(4),vanillic acid(5),6β-hydroxy-24-ethylc-holest-4-en-3-one(6),(24R)-5ɑ-stigmast-3,6-dione(7),9-octadecanoic acid(8),acetyl oleanolic acid(9),D-mannitol(10).Second,twelve compounds were isolated from W.filipes and identified as β-sitosterol(11),lupeol(12),octadecanol(13),betulinc zcid(14),sulfuretin(15),7,4’-dihydroxy-flavone(16),ononin(17),apigenin-5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(18),β-daucosterol(19),(2S)-1-O-heptatriacont-a noyl glycerol(20),stigmasterol(21),formononetin(22).Conclusion: Compounds which isolated from T.planicaule,mainly triterpenes and steroid compounds,and compounds 3,7~9 are isolated from T.planicaule and its genus for the first time.Compounds which isolated from W.filipes,mainly flavonoids,triterpenes and steroid compounds,and compounds 13~15,18~22 are isolated from W.filipes and the genus for the first time. |
