Objective:Objective scale was used to evaluate and study the clinical effect of fire blade on the improvement of upper limb spasticity in pati ents with stroke, and to provide a new basis for the treatment of upper limb spasticity in patients with stroke. Methods: 60 inpatients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly di vided into the treatment group and the control group by the numerical random table method. The treatment group was treated with fire blade needle once every 3 days and twice a week for 3 consecutive weeks, while the control group was treated with traditional acupuncture once a day and rested for 2 days at the weekend for 3 weeks.Observe the c urative effect after 1 course of treatment. Before and after treatment,th e improved CSI spasm scale, simplified fugl-meyer motor function scale and improved Barthel index scale were used to evaluate the spasm de gree, motor function level and daily life activity ability of the patients, and the statistical software SPSS17.0 was used for statistical analysis of the collected data.Results:1.There was no statistically significant difference in gender,a ge,course of disease and other general data between the two groups be fore treatment(P > 0.05)2.Rank-sum test showed that there was a significant difference in clini cal efficacy after treatment between the two groups(P < 0.05),and the overall clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.Comparison of CSI grades after treatment between the two groups(P< 0.05)showed significant difference between the two groups, and the treatment group was superior to the control group. The CSI scores of the control group were compared before and after treatment(P < 0.05),while those of the treatment group were compared before and after tre atment(P < 0.01).The efficacy of the two groups was significantly dif ferent, and the improvement degree of limb spasm after stroke in the tr eatment group was better than that in the control group.4.Comparison of fugl-meyer upper limb motor function score and Bart hel index score before and after treatment in the two groups was statist ically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion:Fireblade needle blade can effectively improve the spastic state and motor function of upper limbs of stroke patients, and improve their daily living ability.
