Clinical Observation Of Rougan Huaxian Granules In The Treatment Of Liver Cirrhosis Complicated With Hepatogenic Diabetes

Objective: To observe the clinical symptoms and signs of Rougan Huaxian granules combined with western medicine in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis complicated with hepatogenic diabetes,observe the changes of liver function,insulin resistance index,blood glucose and other related auxiliary examination indexes,so as to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Rougan Huaxian granules combined with western medicine,and provide scientific basis for its clinical application.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria,60 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis complicated with hepatogenic diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given conventional antiviral,liver enzyme,hypoglycemic and other Western medicine based etiological treatment,the observation group in western medicine based etiological treatment combined with Rougan Huaxian granules,a total of 12 weeks of treatment.Alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,albumin,total bilirubin,total cholesterol,prothrombin time,fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,steady-state model insulin resistance index,TCM syndrome score and other indicators were compared before and after treatment,and the age,gender,clinical manifestations,blood glucose,blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,insulin resistance index of the patients were recorded IBM SPSS statistics26.0 was used for data analysis.Results:(1)Study completion: 60 cases that met the criteria were included.In the final number of completed cases,there were 29 in the observation group and 28 in the control group,a total of 57 cases.Statistical analysis showed that there was no statistical significance in the baseline level of symptoms and signs distribution,liver function,blood glucose and other test indexes of 2 groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability.(2)Comparison of efficacy: the comprehensive efficacy of the observation group was 82.8%,and that of the control group was 53.6%.The overall effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)Intra-group comparison: the indexes of ALT,AST,TBIL,ALB,PT,FPG,FINS,2HPG,Hb A1 c and HOMA-IR in 2 groups were significantly improved after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05);There was no significant improvement in PT and FPG control group(P>0.05).(4)Intergroup comparison: ALT,AST,TBIL,ALB,FINS,2HPG,Hb A1 c,HOMA-IR indexes of the two groups were improved after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in PT and TC between 2 groups(P>0.05).(5)Safety comparison: no obvious adverse reactions were observed during the treatment,and Rougan Huaxian Granules had high safety.Conclusions:(1)The effect of Rougan Huaxian granules combined with western medicine on improving liver function is better than that of Western medicine alone;(2)Rougan Huaxian Granules combined with western medicine can better reduce the blood glucose level,reduce insulin resistance;(3)Rougan Huaxian Granules have no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment of hepatogenic diabetes mellitus combined with western medicine,showing safety.
