| Objective: In this study,the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine compound Rougan Huaxian granule combined with acupoint application in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis ascites with liver and kidney yin deficiency was studied.The aim was to explore the improvement of liver and kidney function,ascites and clinical symptoms in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis ascites by oral and external application,and the effect of acupoint application on promoting ascites regression.Methods: Collected from October 2019 to October 2020 in the first affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university outpatient or inpatient treatment of 60 cases in hepatitis b patients with decompensated cirrhosis ascites of liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome,according to random number table method,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,control group in the conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group on the basis of the control to the liver fiber particles with acupoint sticking therapy.Observation period of treatment for 12 weeks,through compared with control group,were observed before and after treatment of hepatitis B patients with liver cirrhosis ascites liver function(ALT,AST,ALB,TBiL),kidney(BUN,SCr),blood coagulation function(PT),ascites B super depth and 24 urine volume changes,body quality and Chinese medicine symptom integral.Results:(1)The overall curative effect: the overall curative effect of treatment group after treatment the total effective rate was 86%;The control group after treatment the overall efficacy of the total effective rate was 70.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the overall efficacy of treatment group is better than that of control group.(2)Liver function:compared with before treatment,after treatment of two groups after treatment in patients with liver function AST,ALT,TBiL,propagated from the previous improved(P<0.05),treatment group of AST,ALT,TBiL,liver function improved propagated is better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The kidney function: after treatment compared with before treatment,two groups after treatment in patients with renal function indexes BUN,SCr were obviously decreased(P<0.05).The treatment group BUN,SCr index decreased renal function than the control group obviously,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The blood coagulation function: after treatment compared with before treatment,after treatment in both groups blood coagulation function index of PT decreased(P<0.05),treatment group after treatment compared with control group,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),treatment group and control group in improving the curative effect on blood coagulation function in patients with.(5)Ascites subsided areas: after treatment,two groups of patients with 24-hour urine output,body quality and ascites classification compared with before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),two groups of patients with significant24-hour urine output increased,quality from the previous fall,ascites classification from the previous fall,after treatment the treatment group patients with 24-hour urine output,body quality and grade of ascites improvement than the control group significantly(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.(6)The doctor of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral aspects: after treatment compared with before treatment,after treatment in both groups of TCM symptom score decreased(P<0.05),earlier in the treatment group after treatment in patients with TCM syndrome integral compared with the control group significantly lower(P<0.01),two groups have significant difference.(7)Security efficacy: during the period of treatment,two groups of patients with three routine,electrocardiogram,there were no abnormal renal function,found no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:(1)Rougan Huaxian Granules combined with acupoint application can significantly promote ascites regression,improve liver and renal function in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis ascites,and improve coagulation function to a certain extent.(2)The internal and external application of Rougan Huaxian Granules combined with acupoint application can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis ascites and improve the quality of life of patients.The external treatment of acupoint application is simple,and the auxiliary treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis ascites has certain curative effect,which is worthy of clinical application.(3)During the treatment,no obvious adverse reactions were found,indicating that Rougan Huaxian Granules combined with acupoint application had good efficacy and high safety. |
