| Objective: To evaluate the effect of Rougan Huaxian Granules on the quality of life of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and ascites by observing the clinical efficacy of Rougan Huaxian Granules in the treatment of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis ascites.Methods: A total of 80 patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Spleen,Stomach and Liver Diseases of Guangxi International Zhuang Medical Hospital and diagnosed with ascites due to hepatitis B cirrhosis from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected and divided into a control group and a treatment group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group,the control group was given conventional western medicine comprehensive treatment,and the treatment group was given Rougan Huaxian granules on the basis of the control group.One month of treatment was taken as a course of treatment,and both groups were treated for two courses of treatment.The general conditions(body weight,abdominal circumference,24 h urine volume),liver function and Child-Pugh liver function improvement classification,coagulation function,ascites(ascites depth,Ascites grading,ascites recurrence rate),TCM symptom score,Chronic Liver Disease Questionnaire(CLDQ)score and The WHO Quality of Life Brief Scale(WHOQOL-BREF)score and other indicators changes.Results:1.Comparison of general conditions(body weight,abdominal circumference,and 24-hour urine volume): After treatment,the body weight and abdominal circumference of the control group and the treatment group were all decreased compared with those before treatment,and the 24-hour urine volume was increased compared with that before treatment.,the improvement of body weight,abdominal circumference and 24 h urine volume in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2.Comparison of liver function: After treatment,the liver function indexes of the control group and the treatment group were improved compared with those before treatment(TBi L,ALT,AST decreased,ALB increased).Compared with the two groups,the treatment group improved the effect of liver function.Significantly better than the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.Comparison of Child-Pugh liver function improvement classification:After treatment,the Child-Pugh liver function improvement classification of the control group and the treatment group were improved compared with those before treatment.Compared with the two groups,the Child-Pugh liver function improvement of the treatment group was improved.The improvement of grading was significantly better than that of the control group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.4.Comparison of coagulation function: After treatment,the prothrombin time(PT)of the control group and the treatment group was shortened compared with that before the treatment,and the 2-month treatment was significantly shorter than the 1-month treatment.The time of zymogen was shortened significantly compared with the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.5.Comparison of TCM symptom scores: After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the control group and the treatment group were both lower than those before treatment.Compared with the two groups,the treatment group improved the patients with abdominal distention,soreness and weakness in the waist and knees,dry mouth and throat.Compared with the control group in TCM syndromes such as urination deficiency,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.6.Comparison of ascites:(1)Depth of ascites: After treatment,the depth of ascites in both the control group and the treatment group was reduced compared with that before treatment,indicating that the ascites in the two groups was reduced compared with before.Compared with the two groups,the ascites subsidence effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(2)Ascites grading: After treatment,the ascites grading of the control group and the treatment group were improved compared with those before treatment.Compared with the two groups,the ascites grading of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(3)The recurrence rate of ascites: after treatment,the patients with effective treatment were followed up.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 11.8%,and the recurrence rate of the control group was 32.1%.Compared with the two groups,the recurrence rate of ascites in the treatment group was obvious.Lower than the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.7.Comparison of quality of life:(1)Chronic liver disease specific scale(CLDQ)score: After treatment,the scores of six aspects of CLDQ in the control group and the treatment group were all increased compared with those before treatment.Compared with the two groups,the treatment group improved the abdominal symptoms(AS),fatigue(FA),systemic symptoms(SS),anxiety(WO)were significantly better than the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;there was little difference in activity ability(AC)and emotion(EF).(2)Quality of life measurement short form(WHOQOL-BREF)score:After treatment,the scores of the four domains of WHOQOL-BREF in the control group and the treatment group were all increased compared with those before treatment.The psychological field was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the social and environmental fields were not significantly different.8.Comparison of overall clinical efficacy: After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.2%,and that of the control group was 73.7%.Compared with the two groups,the overall clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Rougan Huaxian Granules combined with conventional western medicine comprehensive treatment has obvious clinical efficacy in improving patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and ascites.It can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve liver function and coagulation function,effectively relieve ascites,reduce the recurrence rate of ascites,and improve the quality of life.effect.2.Both treatment methods can effectively improve the clinical indicators of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and ascites,but after comprehensive analysis,the Rougan Huaxian granule treatment group has more obvious advantages in improving the quality of life than the control group,and there are no serious adverse events occurred,with good clinical safety. |
