| Objective: To investigate the status of post-traumatic growth,personality traits and psychological consistency of premature parents.To clarify the relationship between parents’ personality traits,psychological consistency and post-traumatic growth,and to provide individualized psychological intervention for clinical medical staff.Methods: Using the method of convenient sampling,223 premature fathers or mothers were selected from January 2020 to December 2020 in Ruikang Hospital affiliated to Guangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine,the first affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine,and three Grade 3A hospitals in Guangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital.The contents of the survey mainly include general information questionnaire,post-traumatic growth assessment scale,Eysenck personality questionnaire Chinese version,psychological consistency scale.The data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 software.The data were used to describe the parents’ general data,post-traumatic growth,personality traits and the status of psychological consistency.The parents of preterm infants were sample t test,single factor variance analysis,and the difference of post-traumatic growth and psychological consistency between different groups.The correlation between post-traumatic growth and personality traits and psychological consistency was analyzed by Pearson analysis.Results:(1)The total score range(0-105)and the total score(62.61±3.65)of parents’ post-traumatic growth of premature infants were statistically significant(P<0.05).Parents with neurotic,psychiatric and disguised scores were higher than national normal models(P <0.05)and lower than national internal and external tendencies(P <0.05);(2)In the personality traits of parents of premature infants,Psycho(P),internal and external tendency(E),neuroticism(N),lie(L),The scores of each dimension were different from those of national norm(P<0.05);(3)The range of scores of parents’ psychological consistency(13-91),the total score was(61.97±9.72),the difference of parents’ psychological consistency was statistically significant(P<0.05);(4)The total score of parents’ post-traumatic growth and its dimensions were positively correlated with internal and external tendency and negatively correlated with psychotic,neurotic and masked personality(P<0.05);the total score of psychological consensus was positively correlated with the total score of post-traumatic growth(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)The post-traumatic growth of parents of premature infants is at a moderate level,and the scores of each dimension from high to low are in the order of relationship with others,new possibilities,personal strength,appreciation of life,and mental changes;the occupation,educational level,Apgar score and NICU of parents of premature infants are the influencing factors of parents’ post-traumatic growth;(2)Parents of premature infants tend to be neurotic,psychotic and disguised personality traits;(3)The level of psychological consensus among parents of premature infants is low.Age,education level,per capita monthly income and Apgar score of premature infants are the influencing factors of parents’ psychological consistency;(4)The post-traumatic growth of the parents of premature infants was negatively correlated with psychotic,neurotic and disguised personality traits,and positively correlated with internal and external tendency personality traits and psychological consensus.Remind that medical staff pay more attention to spiritual neurotic concealment and introverted parents of premature infants,give individualized nursing programs,improve the psychological consistency of premature infants ’ parents and thus improve their post-traumatic growth level. |
