Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis By Blade Acupuncture Yanglao (SI6) Combined With Cupping

Objective: The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical effect of acupuncture Yanglao(SI6)combined with cupping treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.Methods: Ninety patients with acute periarthritis of shoulder meeting the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 3 groups according to random number table method.The treatment group was treated with knife needle aged care point combined with cupping,once every other day,three times a week,six times as a course of treatment,a course of treatment in total;Control group A was treated with fission needle aged care point combined with cupping,once every other day,three times A week,six times as A course of treatment,A course of treatment in total;Control group B was treated with conventional acupuncture acupoint selection combined with cupping,once every other day,three times a week,six times as a course of treatment,a course of treatment;Clinical data of the three groups were recorded before and after treatment.Visual analogue scale(VAS score),Constant-Murley shoulder function score(CMS score)and infrared thermal image temperature were used to observe the efficacy.SPSS25.0 was used for statistical analysis of relevant data.Results:1.There was no statistical significance in gender,age,course of disease and other general conditions among the three groups(P > 0.05),indicating comparability.Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in VAS score,CMS score and infrared thermal image temperature among the three groups(P > 0.05),indicating comparability.2.Within groups,there were statistically significant differences in VAS score,CMS score and infrared thermal image temperature before and after treatment among the three groups(P < 0.01).3.Comparison between groups: after treatment,there were statistically significant differences in VAS score,CMS score and infrared thermal image temperature between the treatment group and control group A(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than control group A.There was no statistical significance in VAS score,CMS score and infrared thermal image temperature between the treatment group and control group B(P > 0.05).Comparison of VAS score,CMS score and infrared thermal image temperature between control group A and control group B showed statistically significant differences(P < 0.05),and control group B was superior to control group A.4.Comparison of efficacy showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,the total effective rate of the control group A was 76.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group B was 80.00%.There was no statistical difference in the total efficacy between the treatment group and control group B(P > 0.05),and the efficacy of the two groups was better than that of control group A,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Blade needle Yanglao(SI6)joint cupping therapy,filiform needle Yanglao(SI6)combined with cupping therapy,filiform needle conventional choose acupuncture point combination cupping therapy on acute stage could improve the periarthritis of shoulder,Blade needle Yanglao(SI6)joint cupping therapy,and,filiform needle routine acupuncture point combination cupping therapy on the curative effect of treatment of acute periarthritis of shoulder was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),and is superior to filiform needle Yanglao(SI6)combined with cupping therapy.The treatment of acute periarthritis of Blade needle Yanglao(SI6)joint cupping therapy has the advantages of less acupoints and better curative effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
