Objective:Observation on acupuncture points for treatment of periarthritis of shoulder with shoulder movements of lower extremity clinical curative effect。Methods:60cases were consistent with the diagnosis standard of periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group with30cases in each group, were given a modified bone in external condition, the treatment group was given acupuncture acupoint with lower limb shoulder movement therapy; the control group was given acupuncture shoulder three needle therapy。 Continuous treatment of a course of treatment, two groups were observed in patients with shoulder pain, deltoid muscle circumference, shoulder function and activity to improve the situation.Results:Lower extremity point acupuncture treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis of shoulder motion with the total effective rate was93.3%, three needle therapy for treatment of periarthritis of shoulder with shoulder the total efficiency of90%, have no significant difference (P<0.05), but the treatment group of patients with pain, shoulder function and activity to improve significantly, but clinical recovery and effective number are higher than those of control group。Conclusion:Clinical observation of acupuncture points for treatment of periarthritis of shoulder with shoulder motion of lower limb has a better curative effect, can significantly improve patients with pain, deltoid muscle circumference, shoulder function and activity, the efficiency is high, and no side effect, low cost, good safety of clinical application of。 With the clinical development of promising prospect of the application of。...
