Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Diarrhea Caused By Spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency By Combined Pressure Moxibustion And Acupuncture

Objective: To observe the symptoms improvement,clinical efficacy and recurrence of Baihui moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of chronic diarrhea of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency,and to provide evidence for the clinical.Methods: 60 patients with chronic diarrhea of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).In the treatment group,Baihui moxibustion combined with acupuncture of Tianshu,Huangshu,Yinlingquan,Sanyinjiao and Taixi(both sides)were treated once every other day,2 weeks as a course of treatment,and a total of 2 courses of treatment were continued.Control group was given montmorillonite powder(smecta),3g/ bag,3 times a day,1 bag each time,orally.Two weeks as a course of treatment,a total of two courses of continuous treatment.Patients in both groups were treated according to the course of treatment strictly according to the doctor’s advice.Before treatment,at the end of a course of treatment,at the end of treatment,and at the end of treatment 2 weeks after the end of treatment,the Chinese medicine symptom score scale for diarrhea was filled out once respectively,and statistical analysis and comparison were made to draw the final conclusion.Results: 1.Sixty patients were included in this study,and 60 of them completed the experiment,including 30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group.2.Clinical efficacy: after 2 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%;The total effective rate of control group was83.33%,P < 0.05,with statistical difference.It shows that Baihui moxibustion combined with acupuncture has a better effect than montmorillonite powder in treating chronic diarrhea of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency.3.TCM symptom score: at the end of treatment,the number of stools,stool morphology,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,less food and fatigue were compared between the treatment group and the control group,P > 0.05,showing no statistical difference;At the end of the treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups in cold limbs,waist and knees,P < 0.05,which was statistically significant.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of daily stool frequency,stool morphology,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,lack of food and fatigue.The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the cold of the cold limbs and the pain and softness of waist and knee.4.Recurrence: The total scores of TCM symptoms of each patient were compared between the two groups at the end of treatment and 2 weeks after the end of treatment.The > of the treatment group was 0.05,showing no statistical significance.The difference was statistically significant in the control group(P < 0.05).It indicated that the curative effect of the control group decreased at the end of the treatment 2 weeks,the curative effect of the treatment group was more lasting than that of the control group,and the treatment group could effectively prevent the recurrence of diarrhea.Conclusion: Baihui moxibustion combined with acupuncture can improve the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of patients with chronic diarrhea of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency,effectively prevent the recurrence of diarrhea,with high safety,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
