Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Moderate Acne (Heat Toxic Syndrome) With Wuwei Xiaoduyin Traditional Chinese Medicine Mask

Objective: Investigate the clinical effect of Chinese medicine mask with Wuwei disinfection drink in the treatment of moderate acne(heat-toxin type);Provide new ideas for the external treatment of Wuwei disinfection drink.Methods: 90 acne patients who meet the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into 30 cases in the observation group,30 cases in the condition control group and 30 cases in the pure Chinese medicine oral group with Matlab.Wuwei disinfection drink decoction was orally administered in all three groups,on the basis of the condition,the observation group was added with Wuwei disinfection drink traditional Chinese medicine facial mask,and the condition control group was treated with Tongrentang mask,and the pure Chinese medicine oral group was not used any mask.The three groups took two weeks as a course of treatment for a total of six weeks.Recorded the skin lesion score before treatment,2,4 and 6 weeks after the treatment,calculated the therapeutic index to evaluate the treatment effect.Record the changes of tcm syndrome scores and adverse reactions in each group at timing nodes to complete the project plan.The data was analyzed with SPSS 25.0.Results:(1)After 2 weeks,the marked healing rates of the observation group,condition control group,and pure Chinese medicine oral group were 46.67%,16.67%,6.67%;After 4 weeks,the marked healing rates were 86.67%,43.33% and 16.67%;After 6 weeks,the marked healing rates of the three groups were 86.67%,66.67%and 60.00%.The efficacy of the observation groups was significantly and better than other control groups.(2)Skin lesion score improvement: The skin lesion scores of the three groups showed a downward trend in each course of treatment;After three courses of treatment,the skin lesion scores in the observation group were lower than the other two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Improvement of TCM symptom score: The TCM symptom scores of the three groups showed a downward trend.The TCM symptom score of the observation group decreased significantly at the 2nd week,and reached the lowest at the 4th week,which were better than the other two groups in the 4th week.In the conditional control group,the scores slightly decreased at the 2nd week,and there was no significant change at the 4th week.The pure Chinese medicine oral group had the highest score in all three courses.(4)Adverse reactions: During the treatment,1 patient in the condition control group had dry face;1 patient in the pure Chinese medicine oral group had mild nausea.The degree of adverse reactions was mild in the two patients,and the patients were tolerable,and the symptoms were alleviated after adjusting the medication.Conclusion: Wuwei disinfection drink traditional Chinese medicine mask for external use combined with Chinese medicine decoction taken orally for the treatment of moderate acne(heat-toxin type)is very safe,and has a significant effect,no obvious adverse reactions;Following the principles of syndrome differentiation and guiding the external treatment of dermatology drugs can improve the treatment effect.
