A Meta Analysis Of Effectiveness And Safety Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Treating Functional Abdominal Pain&Prof.Zhang Biao’s Treatment Experience In Pediatric Functional Abdominal Pain

Objective:A system review and meta-analysis of curative effect and safety of oral traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Pediatric Abdominal Pain of RCT,the aim is to provide evidence-based medical evidence for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease and to put forward the problems objectively on the clinical trial of Pediatric Abdominal Pain at present.Then basing on this situation,we provide reasonable advice on the future relevant clinical research design.At the same time.we make a summary by using data mining to analyze the prescription medication rule of Prof.Zhang Biao.Methods:In the aspect of system review,according to the systematic evaluation method provided by Cochrane collaboration,reasonable literature inclusion and exclusion criteria were adopted,and several Chinese and English databases were retrieved by appropriate search strategy.screening the literature and extracted the data by two researchers independently.The quality of literature were evaluating by using the modified Jadad scale and Cochrane Collaboration Network Bias Risk Assessment Tool.Using Revman 5.3 software to compare efficacy and safety from the following aspects:the total effective rate,Chinese medicine symptoms effective rate,the number of abdominal pain attacks after the treatments,the relief time of abdominal pain,the severity of abdominal pain,the recurrent rate.In the aspect of the experience summary of famous doctors,the common prescriptions of Professor Zhang Fu in the treatment of pediatric abdominal pain were obtained through data mining,and his experience in the treatment of this disease was analyzed and summarized.Results:(1)Chinese medicine groups are effective than Western medicine control groups in the total effective rate,Chinese medicine symptoms effective rate,the number of abdominal pain attacks after the treatments,the relief time of Abdominal pain,the severity of Abdominal pain,the recurrent rate.The incidence of untoward effects in the experience groups was less than that in the control group,and the security was better.(2)Through data mining,we have got the common prescriptions of Professor Zhang Biao in treating pediatric abdominal pain.Conclusion:(1)Oral Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Pediatric functional abdominal pain has reliable efficacy and few adverse reactions,but it still needs to be verified in a large sample randomized controlled double-blind trial.(2)Professor Zhang Biao has rich experience in the treatment of children with Pediatric abdominal pain,and the curative effect is definite,which is worth popularizing.
