Clinical Efficacy Of Pain Relief 4 Inverse Dispersion To Relieve Pain In The Treatment Of Functional Abdominal Pain In Children (Liver Stagnation And Spleen Stagnation Evidence)

Objective: the purpose of this study was to observe and study the clinical efficacy of analgesics 4.Reverse dispersion in the treatment of functional abdominal pain(liver and spleen stagnation syndrome)in children.Methods:By collecting 60 cases,which were diagnosed as children with functional abdominal pain due to liver Yu spleen stagnation syndrome in the pediatric outpatient clinic of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese medicine hospital between January and October 2022,they were randomly divided into control group and 30 cases each in test group,the test group was treated with oral pain relieving 4.Inverse Dispersion TCM Decoction,and the control group was treated with oral lactacystin tablets.Effectiveness was assessed by efficacy measures and the percentage of points showing improvement in symptoms and symptoms and symptoms after 2 weeks of treatment for statistical analysis.Results: 1.Comparison of the total clinical effective rate after treatment: in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 90.63%,the total effective rate was 17 cases,14 cases,the total effective rate was 54.84%,90.63% > 54.84% and p < 0.05.Therefore,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the total curative effect.2.Scores of main symptoms: intra-group comparison showed that after one course of treatment,the total scores of main symptoms in both the treatment group and the control group were improved(p < 0.05),and there were also corresponding improvements in the scores of abdominal pain time,abdominal pain degree and abdominal pain frequency(p < 0.05).Comparison between groups: After one course of treatment,the syndrome scores of the frequency and degree of abdominal pain in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(p < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the time syndrome score of abdominal pain(p > 0.05).It showed that the treatment group had better effect on reducing the severity and frequency of abdominal pain than the control group.3.Secondary disease score: In comparison within the groups,the treatment group showed significant improvement in the total score of secondary symptoms and individual scores(p < 0.05),while the control group showed no significant changes in the six syndroms of hypoglycemia,abdominal distension,thorax pain,belching,loose stool,restlessness and irritability(p > 0.05),indicating that the treatment group was more prominent in improving the effect of secondary symptoms.Comparison between groups: After one course of treatment,compared with the control group,the treatment group could improve epigastric distension,pain in chest and hypochondriac,belching,loose stool,restlessness and irritability(p < 0.05),indicating that the improvement effect of symptoms in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group.Conclusion:1.The present study confirmed that analgesics 4.Inverse Dispersion effectively improve the TCM syndrome of pediatric functional abdominal pain(liver stagnation and spleen stagnation syndrome),and the clinical efficacy is certain.2.In terms of improving clinical syndromes,treatment with analgesics tetra retro San compared with western medicine lactacystin tablets accompanied by obvious advantages in symptoms,can obviously reduce the degree of abdominal pain on the main symptoms,can obviously improve epigastric fullness,chest flank pain,eructation,hematochezia,restlessness and irritability on the secondary symptoms,and the recurrence rate in the follow-up at February of treatment is also significantly lower.3.No obvious adverse reactions were observed during the treatment of children with analgesic tetra inverse dispersion,which provides a new clinical syndrome differentiation idea and treatment method for the clinical treatment of pediatric functional abdominal pain and is worth promoting.
