To Explore The Rule Of Chinese Medicine In Dropping RF、Anti-CCP Antibody On The Base Of Data Mining

ObjectiveBy collating the medical records of rheumatoid arthritis diagnosed and treated in the Department of Rheumatology,Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,using the TCM Inheritance Auxiliary System(V2.5)as a platform,and using data mining as a technology to systematically analyze clinical data,explore the use of TCM to reduce RF and CCP.Laws provide a reference for clinical treatment.MethodsCheck and select complete cases of rheumatoid arthritis in the outpatient and inpatient department of the Rheumatology Department of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to December 2018;collect and sort out valid cases that meet the inclusion criteria,and list the name,gender,age,symptoms,Items such as primary disease,inspection and examination,diagnosis,therapeutic medication,etc.are entered into the“Clinical Collection”system of the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform;the“Statistical Report”and“System Analysis”modules in the application system are used to sort out the frequency and common use of Chinese medicines in the relevant prescriptions used.Drug pairs,core drugs,and automatically generate new prescription combinations;analyze the rules of using traditional Chinese medicine to reduce RF and anti-CCP antibodies in the Department of Rheumatology,Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine;organize and summarize clinical experience.Result1.This project collected 683 effective prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine to reduce RF,involving 308 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,and the frequency of medication reached 8692 times.The most frequently used 10 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were:Guizhi 312 times,Baishao 308 times,Huangqi 301 times,Eucommia 282 times,Danshen 261 times,Achyranthes bidentata 255 times,Zhigancao 249 times,Dipsacus 249 times,Gancao 239 times,Fuling 220 times.There were 152 effective prescriptions for reducing anti CCP antibody,involving 208 drugs,with the frequency of 1972 times.The most frequently used 10 Chinese herbal medicines were:Radix Paeoniae Alba 84 times,Radix Astragali 76 times,Radix Glycyrrhizae 65 times,Radix Achyranthes Bidentatae 60 times,Cortex Eucommiae 57 times,Radix Angelicae Pubescentis 52 times,Saussurea involucrata 52 times,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae 50 times,Radix Rehmanniae 47 times,Dipsacus asperata 47 times.2.Based on association rules,when the number of support is 136,50 groups of commonly used drug combinations can be obtained.The top five are:Eucommia Dipsacus,Salvia miltiorrhiza Astragalus,Astragalus eucommia,Salvia miltiorrhiza eucommia,Salvia miltiorrhiza Dipsacus,gushuibu Dipsacus.At this time,the confidence is set to 0.95,based on the"formula law" and"rule analysis" A total of 34 rules were obtained,and 2 rules with confidence level of "1" were "Dioscorea nipponica,astragalus,Dipsacus>Salvia miltiorrhiza","Dioscorea nipponica,astragalus,eucommia,Dipsacus>Salvia miltiorrhiza","Salvia miltiorrhiza,astragalus,Dipsacus>Eucommia".In the prescription of anti CCP decline,the number of support was 36,and 50 groups of commonly used drug combinations were obtained.The top five combinations were:Radix Astragali Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Achyranthes Bidentatae Radix Angelicae Pubescentis,Radix Eucommiae Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Astragali Eucommiae,Radix Paeoniae Alba Tianshan Saussurea.At this time,the confidence was set to 0.95,and a total of 25 rules were obtained,Astragalus,eucommia,Dipsacus.Based on complex system entropy clustering analysis,24 new core drug combinations were obtained,and then 12 new prescriptions were obtained by unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm.New formula 1:Dipsacus asperata,cibotrya,Eucommia ulmoides,Rehmannia glutinosa,Dioscorea nipponica,Saussurea involucrata,Drynaria fortunei.New formula 2:beehive,wushao snake,haifengteng,Erigeron breviscapus,zoumatai.New recipe 3:Radix Angelicae Pubescentis,Radix Achyranthes Bidentatae,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix sangsheng,Rhizoma cibotii.New recipe 4:jujube,ginger,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Dipsacus,astragalus,Dioscorea nipponica,Drynaria,Eucommia.New formula 5:Pinellia ternata,Scutellaria baicalensis,ginseng,tangerine peel,Magnolia officinalis.New recipe 6:Huoxiang,Yinchen,Peilan,Baizhi,baidoukou,perilla,Da Fu PI.New formula 7:Polygonatum odoratum,Euryale ferox,Prunus mume,Dendrobium.New formula 8:mulberry leaf,Platycodon grandiflorum,mint,golden buckwheat.New formula 9:Radix Polygalae,turmeric,Cortex Moutan,Notopterygii,radix paeoniae rubra.New formula 10:Albizia bark,Polygonum multiflorum,Gardenia jasminoides Ellis,Polygala tenuifolia,Xiatianwu,peony bark.New formulall:Dendrobium melon,pangolin,Glehnia littoralis,Ophiopogon japonicus,chrysanthemum,wolfberry,trichosanthin.New formula 12:Rhizoma Anemarrhena,Caulis Caulis,silkworm,haitanpi,earthworm,clematis,Rhizoma Corydalis,woodlouse worm and Alisma orientalis.The same complex system entropy clustering analysis was performed on the prescriptions with decreased CCP,and 10 new core drug combinations were obtained.Then,the unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm was used to obtain 5 new prescriptions.New formula 1:liushenqu,Eclipta,dodder,asparagus,Ligustrum lucidum,mulberry.New recipe 2:Clematis,Achyranthes bidentata,Ramulus Cinnamomi,parasitic mulberry,Angelica pubescens.New formula 3:Clematis,Alisma orientalis,woodlouse worm,Rhizoma Anemarrhena,cassia twig,earthworm.New recipe 4:Angelica sinensis,Saposhnikovia divaricata,Herba Siegesbeckiae,ripe aconite and dried ginger.New formula 5:Radix rehmanniae,Gentiana macrophylla,Radix stephaniae,Cortex Phellodendri,Fructus Corni.ConclusionBased on the medical records of rheumatoid arthritis patients in Guangdong Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from 2016 to 2018,the TCM inheritance platform was used to conduct in-depth data mining on the prescriptions with decreased RF and anti CCP antibodies.The top 10 drugs with the highest frequency of use and the most frequently used drug combinations and core drugs were selected,12 new prescriptions for reducing RF and 5 new prescriptions for reducing anti CCP antibody were found.According to the method of testing syndrome by prescription,the main efficacy of high-frequency drugs in the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine to reduce RF and anti CCP antibody is to tonify Qi and blood,tonify liver and kidney,and activate blood circulation to remove blood stasis.It is inversely confirmed that the cause of RA lies in the deficiency of healthy qi,and the internal important factor is the imbalance of Qi,blood,yin and Yang in viscera,resulting in blood stasis blocking collaterals and Bi syndrome.The general pathogenesis is characterized by deficiency at the root and excess at the mark.
