Study On Influence Of Compound Xiancao Granule In Early Hypertensive Nephropathy With Syndrome Of Damp-heat And Blood Stasis Due To Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Compound Xiancao Granules by observing the effects of related laboratory indicators and TCM syndromes of patients in early hypertensive nephropathy,and to discuss its mechanism and principle.Methods:60 patients who meet TCM syndrome and Western medicine inclusion criteriawith in early hypertensive nephropathy were randomly divided into a control group of 30 cases and a treatment group of 30 cases.The control group received treatment(conventional treatment + valsartan),and the treatment group was treated with Compound Xiancao granules on the same treatment as the control group.The treatment lasted 12 weeks.To observed the changes of the indexes in urine(m Alb,urinary NAG,urinary osmotic pressure)and the indexes in blood(Cys C,β2-MG,ET-1)before and after treatment.And then the changes of the clinical symptoms,TCM symptoms and the effect after treatment were compared between two groups.Results: 1.The effectiveness of the treatment group is 85.7% and the control group is 55.2%(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.01).2.To compared the six main TCM symptoms between the two groups after treatment,the tired waist and knees,nocturnal urination,heavy limbs and dizziness was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01);it had certain advantages in improving headache symptoms(P<0.05);however,the two groups had similar effects on the treatment of Shenpi fatigue(P>0.05).3.After treatment,the two groups of patients had better curative effect on reducing urinary m Alb.The effectiveness of the treatment group is 89.3%and the control group is 65.5%(P<0.05).4.To compared with that before treatment,there was effective improvement in both groups by compared the level of m Alb,NAG and osmotic pressure in urine(P<0.05),and the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.01).5.To compared with that before treatment,there was effective improvement in both groups by compared the level of serum Cys C,serum β2-MG and plasma ET-1.The decrease treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion: Considering the compound Xiancao granules may have the following effects:1.Improving the syndromes level of damp-heat and blood stasis due to deficiency of spleen and kidney in patients with early renal damage caused by hypertension effectively.2.Improving kidney function and related urine and blood indicators.
