Study On The Protective Effect Of Compound Xiancao Granule For Renal Tubulointerstitial Injury In The Early Diabetic Kidney Disease Patients

Objective: Observation of the effect of compound Xiancao Granule of related indexes in patients with the diabetic kidney disease(DKD)stage III,including urinary β2-microglobulin(β2-MG),urinary Cystatin-C(Cys C),the protein/creatinine ratio in random urine(ACR),24h-urinary protein quantification(24h-UTP),serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb Alc).Efficacy and safety of compound Xiancao granule in treating the early diabetic kidney disease were evaluated.Methods: In Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine and international Zhuang Medical Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine,60 patients with diabetic kidney disease,spleen and kidney deficiency,damp heat and blood stasis syndrome were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western Medicine(hypoglycemic,blood pressure control,lipid regulation,etc.),while the treatment group was treated with compound Xiancao granules on the basis of the control group.The common course of treatment of the two groups was 12 weeks.The changes of related indexes before and after treatment in the two groups were monitored,including β2-MG,Cys C,RBP,NAG,ACR,24h-UTP,Scr,BUN and Hb Alc.At the same time,the clinical signs and symptoms of the patients before and after treatment were observed,and the treatment effect of the two groups after treatment was evaluated.Results: 1.After compound Xiancao granules treatment,the patients achieved better curative effect,89.29% in the treatment group was better than 53.57% in the control group,which showed statistically significant difference.2.TCM syndrome score comparison: In the treatment group:before and after treatment,mental fatigue,urine turbidity foam symptoms improved significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);In the control group before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The two groups showed statistically significant difference(P<0.01).3.Comparison of detection indexes: the detection indexes of β2-MG,Cys C,RBP,NAG,ACR,24h-UTP,Scr,BUN and Hb Alc had no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);The indexes of two groups after treatment were lower than those of two groups before treatment(P<0.01).The decrease in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)Compound Xiancao granules has obvious curative effect on the DKD of asthenia of both the spleen and kidney,syndrome of damp-heat and blood-stasis.(2)Compound Xiancao granule could reduce the levels of β2-MG,Cys C,RBP,NAG,ACR,24h-UTP,Scr,BUN and Hb Alc in patients with DKD.Can alleviate DKD renal tubulointerstitial damage,has the function of protecting kidney.
