Research On The Relationship Between Wulingsan Prescriptions And Syndromes Based On Data Mining Of Modern Medical Records

Objective: To apply data mining technology to study the relationship between prescription and syndrome of Wulingsan,and to provide reference for better clinical application of Wulingsan.Methods: Mainly collect medical records related to Wulingsan from 1959 to2020 in China Knowledge Network(CNKI),Wanfang Database,Weipu Database,Duxiu Database,and China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria Screen medical records,incorporate basic information,symptoms and other data into Excel tables,and standardize the data.Use frequency analysis,association rule analysis and other methods to analyze the basic information,symptoms and signs of medical records to study the relationship between Wulingsan prescriptions and syndromes and the law of clinical application.Results:1.Basic information: Medical records are 227 males and 273 females.The ratio of male to female is 1:1.2;the minimum age of onset is 28 days and the maximum is 88 years old.The main age group of onset is 31-40 years old.2.Indications of diseases: Medical records involve up to 60 types of traditional Chinese medicine diseases,mainly edema,hysteresis,dizziness,showering syndrome,and diarrhea.There are 102 kinds of diseases involved in western medicine,among which gastritis,urinary tract infection,glomerulonephritis,viral hepatitis,and Meniere ’ s syndrome are the most common.3.Symptoms and signs: a total of 206 kinds of symptoms and signs,mainly including poor urination,thirst,loss of appetite,edema,fatigue,etc.;tongue signs are mainly light tongue,fat big tongue,pale red tongue,etc.;pulse signs are mainly thin and pulse.Pulse string,pulse sink,etc.are the main ones.4.Drugs: The high-frequency dose of the original prescription is: Guizhi 10 g,Poria 15 g,Polyporus 10 g,Atractylodes 10 g,Alisma 10g;High-frequency compatible drugs include 17 kinds of licorice,Pinellia,Plantago,etc.;high-frequency compatible drugs The main categories are tonic drugs,diuretic and dampening drugs,and anti-epidermic drugs.5.Association rules: the association rules with the highest confidence among symptoms are pale tongue,diarrhea and white fur,and the association rules with the highest support are pale tongue,poor urination and white fur;the association rules with the highest confidence and improvement between drugs They are Zhuru and Pinellia;the association rules with the highest degree of improvement between medicines and symptoms are nausea and vomiting,dizziness and Pinellia.Conclusions:1.Basic information: This study found that there was no significant difference in the incidence of male and female medical records;the age of onset spans a large range,mainly young and middle-aged.2.Indications for diseases: Wuling powder has a broad spectrum of treatments for diseases.In addition to being widely used in internal and external women and children,it can also be applied to skin,ENT and other system diseases.3.Symptoms and signs: The main symptoms of Wulingsan are poor urination,thirst,loss of appetite,edema,fatigue,abdominal distension,diarrhea,nausea and vomiting,chills,fatigue,dizziness,frequent urination,and body pain are common complications.Clinically,the common symptoms of tongue are pale tongue,fat tongue,pale red tongue;common pulse symptoms are narrow pulse,stringy pulse,heavy pulse.4.Drugs: The usual drug dosages of the original prescription are Guizhi 10 g,Poria 15 g,Polyporus 10 g,Atractylodes 10 g,Alisma 10g;the most common compatible drugs are licorice,Pinellia,followed by Plantago,Astragalus,Ginger,etc.;Clinically,it is often compatible with tonic drugs,diuretic and dampening drugs,and anti-expression drugs to enhance the efficacy.5.Association rules: combined with theoretical research and analysis,it can be concluded that the pathogenesis of Wulingsan syndrome mainly includes:the same disease through the sun and the fu-organs;the spleen and yang are not vigorous,the spleen and the yang are weak,the transportation and transformation have no power,the cold water is cohesive;Commonly used clinical medicines are Zhuru and Pinellia,Eupatorium and Psyllium,etc.;when nausea,vomiting and dizziness occur,it is more compatible with Pinellia;when the moss is greasy,it is more compatible with Yinchen.
