| Objective: Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Fuzheng Huazhuo Tongluo Decoction in treating hyperlipemia of diabetic kidney disease,and to provide clinical basis for improving hyperlipemia of diabetic kidney disease with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: In this study,72 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with comprehensive treatment of diabetic nephropathy,while the control group was treated with basic western medicine,among which simvastatin was used for blood lipid treatment.The experimental group was treated with Fuzheng Huazhuo Tongluo Decoction on the basis of western medicine,and the course of treatment was 8 weeks.The differences of triglyceride,cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,high density lipoprotein,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,urine albumin/creatinine and glycosylated hemoglobin before and after the test were observed and statistically analyzed.Results:(1)Clinical comprehensive curative effect: The overall effective rate of the control group was 61.1%,while that of the experimental group was 90.9%,and the comprehensive curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(2)TCM syndrome curative effect: the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.94%,while that of the control group was 63.89%,and the curative effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.01).(3)Effect of improving blood lipid: TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C in the two groups were significantly different from those before the test(P < 0.01).The levels of TG and HDL-C in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The level of TC and LDL-C decrease was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.01).(4)Effect of renal function and blood glucose:UACR,Scr,BUN,Hb A1 c decreased(P < 0.05)and e GFR increased(P < 0.05)in both groups.The improvement level of EGFR and UACR in experimental group was higher than that in control group(P < 0.05).The levels of Scr and BUN in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.01).The two groups had the same curative effect in reducing the level of Hb A1c(P > 0.05).(5)Safety evaluation: Compared with before treatment,the blood routine,urine routine,stool routine+occult blood,liver function,electrocardiogram,etc.of the two groups have no obvious abnormality,and the safety evaluation is Grade 1.Conclusion: Clinical use of Fuzheng Huazhuo Tongluo Decoction can effectively improve the hyperlipidemia state of diabetic kidney disease,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and protect renal function,with definite curative effect,safety and reliability. |
