Clinical Study On Treatment Of Early Threatened Abortion With Hutai Yin And Its Effect On Serum PAPP-A

Objective:Through clinical research,the clinical efficacy of Hutaiyin in the treatment of early threatened abortions of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome is comprehensively evaluated from the aspects of TCM symptom improvement,serum pregnancy-related hormones,pregnancy outcomes,and drug safety;dynamic observation of serum PAPP-A,?-HCG and P in concentrations,a preliminary study of the effect of Hutaiyin on serum PAPP-A and its therapeutic mechanism for early threatened abortion.This will provide more practical,simple and effective treatment options for clinical treatment of the disease.Method:30 patients with early threatened abortions of spleen-kidney deficiency type that meet the inclusion criteria are selected,and 30 cases of normal pregnancies<12 weeks of pregnancy.Both groups have bed rest and psychological counseling.The normal pregnant group do not receive drug intervention.The early threatened abortion group is treated with Hutaiyin.Two weeks is a course of treatment.After one course of treatment,the improvement of TCM symptoms before and after treatment in early threatened abortion group,serum P-HCQ P,PAPP-A levels,drug safety,and analysis of serum ?-HCG?P,PAPP-A in normal pregnancy group Levels,pregnancy outcomes were analyzed for differences.Comprehensive assessment of the clinical efficacy of Hutaiyin.Results:The overall effective rate in the treatment group is 89%.After treatment,the symptoms of the treatment group is significantly improved compared with before,and the scores and overall scores of symptoms and symptoms of TCM were significantly lower than before(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM symptoms was 95.0%.The concentration of serum?-HCG,P and PAPP-A in the treatment group before treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment with Hutaiyin,the concentration of serum sex hormones ?-HCG,P,and PAPP-A in the treatment group continued to rise.Significantly increased before treatment,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05),and no significant difference(P>0.05)compared with the serum hormone concentrations in the control group.There was no adverse drug reaction in the treatment group during the treatment.No adverse pregnancy outcomes were observed in patients with threatened abortion who were treated after follow-up pregnancy outcomes.There was no statistical difference(P>0.05)from the pregnancy outcomes in the normal pregnancy group.Conclusion:Hutaiyin can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with early threatened abortion,increase the concentration of serum(3-HCG,P and PAPP-A,and play a good role in protecting the fetus;Hutaiyin has an early warning sign of spleen and kidney deficiency type.The abortion has significant curative effect,no side effects,high safety,and has certain clinical application value.
