Clinical Study Of Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction In The Treatment Of HP Positive Related Functional Dyspepsia

Objective: To analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of HP positive related functional dyspepsia,and to explore a new way of thinking,method and new way of HP positive functional dyspepsia.Methods: 80 patients were stochasticly split into treatment group(n = 40)and control group(n = 40).The treatmentgroup was treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction,while the control group was treated with western medicine quadruple therapy for 2 weeks.After treatment,the data were collected and sorted out.The changes of TCM clinical symptoms,gastrointestinal qality of life index and HP negative conversion rate of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.SPSS25.0 software was used for statistical analysis to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:1.After two weeks of treatment,the overall response rate was 92.31%in the treatment group and 87.50% in the control group,which was better in the treatmentgroup(P<0.01).2.From the entire symptom score and each symptom score,the two groups after treatment were evidently better than before treatment(P<0.01).3.The curative effect of the treatmentgroup was more prominent in the aspects of epigastric or abdominal distension,body weight and sleepiness(P <0.01),and in terms of score of gastrointestinal quality of life index(GIQLI),the curative effect of the treatmentgroup was better(P < 0.05).4.In respect of HP negative conversion rate,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);The curative effect is basically the same in epigastric pain,belching and acid regurgitation,reduced diet,fatigue,dry mouth and bitter mouth,nausea and vomiting,chest tightness,Tai Xi,poor stool,loose stool,short yellow urine score between the two groups(P>0.05).5.A few patients in the control group had adverse reactions such as peculiar smell in the mouth and abdominal discomfort,while no adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group.Conclusion: Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of HP positive related functional dyspepsia has significant curative effect.It is better than western medicine quadruple therapy in improving the patients’ stomach or abdominal distension,body weight,drowsiness and gastrointestinal qality of life index,and the drug safety is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
