Research On Drug Rule And Experience Summary Of Professor Deng Yue In Treating Coronary Heart Disease Combined With Anxiety And Depression Based On Data Mining

Objective:Collect and organize professor Deng Yue outpatient service and treatment area of coronary heart disease with anxiety depression patients and by means of data mining,summarizes the medication rule and treatment.Methods:This topic in November 2021-December 2022 in Changchun university hospital(Jilin province hospital)professor Deng Yue outpatient and treatment of coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression patients as the main research content,according to the standard,screening and sort out the qualified 200 cases of prescription information,the information input into Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(version 2.5),the data processing(including cluster analysis,frequency analysis,correlation analysis,etc.),the final results,and analysis and induction.Through the above methods,the drug rule and experience of Professor Deng Yue in the treatment of coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression are summarized,providing new ideas for the clinical treatment of coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression,and providing relevant basis for the inheritance of Professor Deng Yue’s relevant academic thoughts.Results:This study recorded the medical records of 200 patients with coronary heart disease and anxiety and depression,with a total of 524 prescriptions.In general,the ratio of male to female was about 1.2:1,the oldest was 88 years old,the youngest was 33 years old,and the average age was 60 years old.Among the symptoms,chest tightness,chest pain,irritability,and palpitations were high-frequency symptoms.The frequency of occurrence of five common clinical symptoms from high to low is phlegm-stasis syndrome,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,heart and spleen deficiency syndrome,phlegm-fire disturbing heart syndrome.Activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs,tranquilizing drugs,tonic drugs,heat-clearing drugs,and qi drugs are high-frequency drug types.The top three drugs are liver meridian,heart meridian and spleen meridian.High-frequency drugs were Gansong,Dalbergia odorifera,Bupleurum chinense,Astragalus membranaceus,Yujin,Angelica sinensis,Polygala tenuifolia,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Cortex Moutan,and Hirudo.Based on the association rule analysis,it is concluded that phlegm-stasis syndrome is treated with Huotan Jiedu Tongluo Decoction;qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction;qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome is treated with Chaihu Shugan Powder;heart and spleen deficiency syndrome is treated with Yangxin Decoction;phlegm-fire disturbing heart syndrome is treated with Huanglian Wendan Decoction.After cluster analysis,2 groups of new formula combination were obtained.Conclusion: Professor Deng Yue treated double heart disease with double heart therapy,combined disease and syndrome,grasping the core pathogenesis,rather than its cleavage for the treatment of the two diseases.The disease is guided by dialectical qi,blood and body fluid,which can accurately grasp the core and outcome of the disease,and stasis of qi and blood is the key to the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression.Therefore,in the treatment process,qi and blood circulation should be the main treatment,and phlegm detoxification Tongluo method,to solve phlegm,blood stasis and other pathological products,to help the smooth operation of qi and blood.At the same time,the use of qi,liver depression,nourishing the heart and tranquilizing the mind and other treatment methods to improve the symptoms of patients.
