| Purposes:This study mainly uses the method based on Du’s golden needle under the butterfly thrombosis needle to treat pulmonary cavity virtual cold type of rhinitis,through the butterfly cavity to take the Du’s golden needle method-that is,hot needle method,pay attention to the butterfly cavity point of the needle The gas and needle supplementation method enhances the stimulation intensity of the acuity,observes the difference between its clinical efficacy and the Western medicine group,takes adverse reactions as safety index,and evaluates and analyzes the efficacy and safety of butterfly based on Du’s hot-replenishing needle method,It provides new clinical ideas and treatment methods for the treatment of pulmonary cold-type rhinitis.Method:From 2020-04 to 2020-December,70 patients with pulmonary gas-chill-type allergic rhinitis were selected as study subjects,and a total of 70 cases were included to meet the standard,and 35 cases were randomly divided into observation and control groups by number.The observation group adopted the butterfly nerve needle based on Du’s "hot supplement method",and the control group gave oral chlororetamine tablets for 4 weeks for 1 course of treatment,by observing the nasal parts of the two groups before and after treatment respectively.Changes in efficacy indicators such as local symptom score(TNSS),nasal-eye conjunctivitis-related quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ score)and visual simulation scale(VAS score),as well as statistics of adverse reactions,evaluated the differences and safety of clinical efficacy between the two groups.Results:1.After 4 weeks of treatment,the major nasal symptoms scores(TNSS)of the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.01),indicating that both groups can improve the major nasal symptoms of allergic rhinitis;two In comparison between the groups,the observation group improved nasal symptoms more significantly than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores and total scores of each item in the rhino-conjunctivitis-related quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ)of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05);comparison between the two groups,the observation group(RQLQ)The score of each item and the degree of total score decrease were greater than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After 4 weeks of treatment,the visual analog scale(VAS score)of the two groups decreased compared with before treatment,and there were significant differences within the groups(P<0.01);comparison between the two groups,the degree of decrease in the observation group’s VAS score was significantly higher Control group(P<0.01).4.After 4 weeks of treatment,the total efficiency of the observation group was 94.11%,which was better than 82.35%(P<0.05)in the control group.5.No adverse reactions appeared in the observation group during treatment,1 case of headache discomfort appeared in the control group,1 day after the suspension of the drug complained of complete disappearance of headache,the safety evaluation of both groups was positiveConclusion:1.Both groups can effectively improve the main nasal symptoms and quality of life of allergic rhinitis of lung-qi deficiency and cold type,and its efficacy and safety are positive.2.The sphenopalatine ganglion acupuncture based on Du’s golden needle is effective and safe in the treatment of allergic rhinitis of lung-qi deficiency and cold type.It is effective in improving the main symptoms of the nose such as sneezing,runny nose,daily activities,and sleep.The quality of life related to rhino-conjunctivitis is better than oral administration of western medicine,which can well improve the main symptoms and quality of life of patients with allergic rhinitis of lung-qi deficiency and cold type,and has the advantages of good effect and fewer side effects.and it is worthy of clinical promotion. |
