| Objective:A clinical study was conducted on the treatment of hypertension combined with anxiety state in Yin-deficiency-Yang-hypertension type with the formula of Modified Lotus Mulberry Decoction.The changes of blood pressure,anxiety state score,TCM evidence score,Duchenne hypertension quality of life score,and 10-year cardiovascular risk prediction score were observed before and after treatment.In the hope that it provides new ideas for the combined treatment of hypertension with anxiety state and other psychocardiological diseases by Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:Seventy patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into control and treatment groups using a randomized control method,with the number of cases in each group being 35.The treatment group was given general treatment + western drug levamlodipine maleate tablets with the Modified Lotus Mulberry Decoction.The control group was given general treatment + western medicine levoclodipine maleate tablets.After both groups were given 8 weeks of treatment,the two groups were observed to compare the changes in antihypertensive efficacy,24-hour ambulatory blood pressure observation items,change in anxiety status,TCM evidence score,Duchenne hypertension quality of life score,and 10-year cardiovascular risk prediction score.And the results were statistically analyzed and discussed.Results:1.In terms of antihypertensive efficacy,both systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly in both groups after treatment compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of blood pressure lowering in the control group was 84.8%,while that in the treatment group was 93.8%,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).2.Regarding the efficacy of 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure observation indexes,the 24-hour mean systolic blood pressure,24-hour mean diastolic blood pressure,daytime mean systolic blood pressure,daytime mean diastolic blood pressure,nighttime mean systolic blood pressure and nighttime mean diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower in both groups after treatment than before treatment(P <0.05).After treatment,the 24-hour mean systolic blood pressure,24-hour mean diastolic blood pressure,daytime mean systolic blood pressure,daytime mean diastolic blood pressure,and nighttime mean systolic blood pressure were significantly lower in the treatment group compared with the control group(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the nighttime mean diastolic blood pressure(P > 0.05).The trough ratio of blood pressure after treatment was higher than that before treatment in both groups(P < 0.05),and the trough ratio was significantly higher in the treatment group compared with the control group after treatment(P < 0.05).3.In terms of changes in anxiety status,the Hamilton Anxiety Inventory scores were lower in both groups after treatment compared with those before treatment(P <0.05).The treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05).The total effective rate was 27.3% in the control group and 78.1% in the treatment group,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).4.In terms of improvement of TCM syndrome points,both groups showed a significant decrease after treatment compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05).The total effective rate was 87.9% in the control group and 96.9% in the treatment group,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).5.In terms of changes in quality of life scores,the Duchenne hypertension quality of life score of both groups increased after treatment compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05).The quality of life improvement effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group(P < 0.05).6.In terms of the change of ten-year cardiovascular risk prediction score,the ten-year cardiovascular risk prediction score decreased in both groups after treatment compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05).However,there was no significant advantage in the treatment group compared with the control group(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Modified Lotus Mulberry Decoction with western medicine treatment can effectively improve the anxiety state and have a smoother and more effective antihypertensive effect.It has significant effect on patients with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type hypertension.At the same time,it can improve the quality of life,and its efficacy is better than that of western medicine treatment alone.And its high safety is worthy of further clinical application and promotion. |
