Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Wound Washing By Qingreshujie Decoction On Wound Healing After Low Perianal Abscess Operation

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of wound washing by Qingreshujie decoction on wound healing after radical incision of low perianal abscess by using anorectal medicine fumigating and washing instrument in our department.Methods: 60 patients with low perianal abscess(Heat-toxic type)and meeting the inclusion criteria of this study were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with30 cases each.After excluding the contraindications of operation and obtaining the informed consent of the patients,all the patients were treated with the same basic treatment and dressing change after operation.On the third day after operation(48 hours after operation),they were washed with anorectal medicine fumigator in hip bath.The experimental group was treated with self-made Qingreshujie decoction,while the control group was treated with Huoxuezhitong decoction,which was washed with hip bath for 10 days.Observe and record the pain score,wound secretion and granulation growth of the subjects in different periods after operation,collect data,score the wound condition and calculate the curative effect index.All the subjects in this study were examined by routine blood test 10 days before and after medication,and the white blood cell count and neutrophil percentage were recorded and statistically analyzed.Results: In the comparison of general data in this study,there is no statistically significant difference in gender and age distribution between the two groups(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in pain score,secretion,wound granulation and preoperative inflammation index between the two groups before treatment with this drug(P > 0.05).After using the drugs in this study,the total curative effect of clinical symptoms in the experimental group is better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The experimental group has more advantages than the control group in improving wound secretion and granulation growth(P < 0.05).In the improvement of anal pain,the control group played a better role than the experimental group(P < 0.05).After the 10 th day of treatment,the inflammatory indexes of the two groups were significantly improved,especially in the experimental group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The application of self-made Qingreshujie decoction in wound flushing treatment for patients with low perianal abscess after radical operation can improve wound secretion,facilitate granulation filling and reduce inflammatory reaction,which has definite curative effect on postoperative treatment of this disease and can be used clinically.
