| Objective:By exploring the characteristics of TCM syndrome elements of endometrial polyps and their correlation with physique,the essence of the disease was explained from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide the basis of syndrome differentiation,treatment and prevention for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Among the patients who met the diagnosis and inclusion criteria after hysteroscopy in the gynecology clinic and ward of the affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to February 2021,the clinical information of patients with endometrial polyps was collected in the form of on-the-spot questionnaire survey and telephone return visit,the physical types and TCM syndrome elements of patients with endometrial polyps were obtained,and the correlation between physique and syndrome elements was analyzed.Results:1.The distribution of syndrome elements in patients with endometrial polyps is as follows:uterus>liver>kidney>spleen,the frequency of uterus is 55.04%,the frequency of liver is 33.33%,the frequency of syndrome elements of two kinds of disease is 88.37%,the constituent ratio is 73.55%,which is significantly higher than that of kidney and spleen.The results showed that the most common syndrome elements of endometrial polyps were uterus and liver,and the distribution of syndrome elements was as follows:blood stasis>qi stagnation>blood heat>dampness>qi deficiency>blood deficiency>yang deficiency>yin deficiency,and the frequency of blood stasis was 37.90%.The second was qi stagnation(26.61%),which was significantly higher than that of the other six disease syndrome elements.Therefore,it is inferred that blood stasis and qi stagnation are the most common syndrome factors in patients with endometrial polyps.two..The distribution of physique types in patients with endometrial polyps was as follows:blood stasis(25.00%)>qi depression(19.70%)>dampness-heat(12.12%)>phlegm-dampness(11.36%)>qi deficiency(9.85%)>peace(8.33%)>yang deficiency(6.82%)>yin deficiency(5.30%)>special nature(1.52%).It is inferred that blood stasis and qi depression are good physique.3.Through the correlation analysis of syndrome elements and physique,the diseased liver was significantly correlated with qi stagnation and blood stasis,and qi stagnation had the greatest influence on the diseased liver,and blood stasis was significantly correlated with blood stasis and qi stasis,and blood stasis had the greatest influence on diseased blood stasis.There is a significant correlation between qi stagnation and qi stagnation,and there is a significant correlation between kidney and qi deficiency.Diseased spleen and diseased dampness were significantly correlated with damp-heat and phlegm-dampness,phlegm-dampness had the greatest influence on diseased spleen and diseased dampness,and diseased blood-heat was significantly correlated with damp-heat.Conclusion:The TCM syndrome elements of endometrial polyps are mainly distributed in uterus,liver,blood stasis and qi stagnation;the most common constitution is blood stasis and qi stagnation;there is a correlation between syndrome elements and physique:the disease site of patients with qi depression and blood stasis is mostly in the liver,and the responsibility for qi stagnation and blood stasis is in the spleen.Most of the patients with dampness-heat and phlegm-dampness occur in the spleen,and the patients with qi deficiency are located in the kidney.It is suggested that the treatment of patients with endometrial polyps should be combined with clinical methods,such as soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clearing heat and removing dampness and resolving phlegm.In terms of syndrome elements and physique,the study can provide a certain reference basis for syndrome differentiation and treatment of endometrial polyps,improve the objectivity and accuracy of TCM syndrome differentiation,so as to improve the clinical effect. |
