| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of failed lumbar spine surgery syndrome and compare it with silver acupuncture therapy to explore the etiology and pathology of the lumbar spine surgery failure syndrome. To study the theoretical support of the theory of cross-collateral dissolution for the treatment of failed back surgery syndrome. It provides a theoretical basis for improving the understanding of lumbar spine surgery failure syndrome, standardizing needle knife treatment, reducing patient pain and clinical promotion. Methods:In this study,a randomized,single-blind,and controlled method was used to randomly divide the included 72 cases into 2 groups, with needle knife as the observation group and medical silver needle as the control group.Observe the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)before and after treatment, and use SPSS 24.0 for relevant statistical analysis to scientifically evaluate the clinical efficacy of the observation group and the control group. Results:The overall effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 99.4%and 88.9%,respectively,and the observation group and the control group had significant differences in VAS scores and JOA scores before and after treatment(P<0.05).It is suggested that both treatments have improved the symptoms of failed lumbar spine surgery syndrome. And the comparison of the VAS score and JOA score of the two groups after treatment(P<0.05)indicates that the observation group is better than the control group. Conclusion:Both needle knife release and silver acupuncture can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of lumbar spine surgery failure syndrome, and needle knife therapy is better than silver acupuncture therapy.Needle-knife therapy has remarkable characteristics of "simplicity, convenience, cheapness, and experience".It is helpful for clinical promotion and application, and provides better clinical ideas for the treatment of lumbar spine surgery failure syndrome. |
