Research On Acupoint Selection And Compatibility Rule Of Acupuncture And Moxibustion For Treatment Of Visual Fatigue Syndrome Based On Data Mining Technology(Periodical Literature)

Purpose:This topic is to take the visual fatigue syndrome as the main research content,the basic Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform software,analyses the modern periodical literature to treat the visual fatigue with acupuncture to choose the point prescription law,provides the reference for the further excavating the acupoint coordination treatment visual fatigue syndrome.Objective:To analyze the characteristics of acupoints in acupuncture treatment of visual fatigue,and analyze their optimal selection and compatibility.2)To lay a foundation for the theoretical and clinical research of acupuncture treatment of visual fatigue acupoint selection and compatibility law spectrum;3)To provide the basis and theory basis for modern acupuncture clinical treatment.Method:Based on the combination of computer search and manual search,the acupoint prescription of acupuncture and moxibustion for treating visual fatigue syndrome in the periodical literature was sorted and mined according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the characteristics of the relationship between the selection of acupuncture and acupoint,the induction,distribution and the application and compatibility of specific acupoints were analyzed.Thus,the optimal selection of acupoints and the compatibility of acupoints were formed.Result:Through the analysis of acupuncture and moxibustion prescription data of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for asthenopia syndrome in recent and modern periodicals,there are 117 articles involving 120 acupoint prescriptions,with a total frequency of 739 times,including fourteen meridians,meridian points and auricular points.The highest frequency of single acupoint use is the eye point;the highest number of selected meridians and collaterals is the foot of the sun bladder meridian;the largest number of points selected by the meridians and collaterals is the meridian point;the location of the acupoints is mostly the head and neck part;the special acupoint is the most used number and the frequency of use frequency;The optimal prescriptions in acupoint association rules are bamboo,Jingming and Si Bai.Conclusion:Based on the data mining technology of the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary system software,this paper collates and analyzes the acupoint prescriptions of the acupuncture treatment visual fatigue syndrome in the recent periodical literature,excavates the potential rules of the acupoint extraction and compatibility,and finds the acupoint optimization rules of acupuncture treatment of asthenopia syndrome with local acupoint extraction,meridian acupoint extraction and near end Acupoints,distal acupoints and specific acupoints are the main points.The main rules of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of asthenopia syndrome include local acupoint acupoint distribution,local acupoint distribution,meridian aeupoint distribution,dialectical acupoint distribution,the same name meridian acupoint method,the original point and the eight pulse acupoint acupoint acupoint method,and the original Yu Xue acupoint method.Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of asthenopia syndrome and acupoint compatibility were optimized.
