| Objective: To statistical analysis and generalized study on the pattern of medication used in the treatment of consumptive disease by traditional Chinese medicine master Huang Jinming.Analysing the frequency of occurrence of drugs,the patterns of taste and nature,and common drug combinations.Summarise the principles of evidence identification,use of medicines and treatment patterns.The aim is to pass on the valuable medicinal experience of traditional Chinese medicine master Huang Jinming,in a more scientific and objective way,to bring into play the advantages of Zhuang medicine in the treatment of deficiency labour,and to provide a reference and documentary basis for the clinical treatment of consumptive disease.Methods: Patients with consumptive disease treated at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and Guangxi International Zhuang Medical Hospital and the Huang Jinming’s Chinese Medicine Studio outpatient clinic from January 2018 to December2022 were included in the study.Select cases with clear diagnosis,complete basic information,complete information on the four Chinese medicine consultations and clear information on prescriptions and medicines.Standardising the included case information and then creating a database.Applying the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance(V3.0)to perform age distribution statistics and gender composition ratio statistics and clinical symptoms and tongue and pulse signs,statistics on the frequency of medication use,statistics on the four gases and five tastes of commonly used drugs,and statistics on the general distribution of medicine.And Drug association rule statistics and drug clustering analysis statistics on patient case data.Statistics on the drugs commonly used in the treatment of consumptive disease,the nature and taste of the drugs,and the common combinations of drugs.This course summarises Professor Huang Jinming’s thinking on the use of medicine and the rules of treatment in the consumptive disease,and comprehensively summarises,collates and refines Professor Huang Jinming’s experience of identification in the treatment of consumptive disease.Results: A total of 273 cases of consumptive disease patients who met the standard were included in this study,and the results were as follows after being analyzed by using the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance(V3.0):1.The age of consumptive disease patients included in this study is mainly from 30 to 59 years old(75.45%).There were 183 female patients(67.03%),with a much greater incidence than male patients.2.Among the patients with consumptive disease included in this study there were 127(46.52%)with Qi(Xu)consumptive,98(35.9%)with Yang consumptive,41(15.02%)with Yin consumptive and 7(2.56%)with blood(Le)consumptive.The principle of treatment was based on the use of tonifying deficiency.Among them,127 patients(46.52%)were treated with Qi(xu)tonic;98 patients(35.9%)with Yang tonic;41 patients(35.9%)with Yin tonic;and 7 patients(2.56%)with Blood(le)tonic.3.Among the patients with consumptive disease incorporated in this study bloating and diarrhea as their main clinical symptoms,182 patients of Gudao(Tiaogenai)disease(66.67%);with cough and sputum as the main clinical symptoms,38 patients of Qidao(Tiaoluohei)disease(13.92%);with edema and urgency and frequent clinical symptoms,22 patients of Shuidao(Tiaoluolin)disease(8.06%);with chest pain,palpitations,palpitations as the main clinical symptoms,7 of Longlu(Luolong)disease(2.56%);with body numbness,abnormal feeling as the main clinical symptoms,24 of Huolu disease(8.79%).4.A statistical analysis of common clinical symptoms found that The symptoms of Gudao(Tiaogenai)disease include fatigue,poor sleep,excessive sweating,fear of cold,rotten stools,bloating,dizziness,abdominal pain,constipation,and excessive yawning.The tongue and pulse are mostly pale,with a thin white coating and a sunken pulse.The symptoms of Qidao(Tiaoluohei)disease include fatigue,shortness of breath,chest tightness,cough,foreign body sensation in the throat,phlegm,easy to catch a cold.The tongue and pulse are mostly pale,with a thin white coating and a sunken,thin pulse.The symptoms of Shuidao(Tiaoluolin)disease include frequent urination,oedema,poor libido,incontinence.The tongue and pulse are mostly pale,with a thin white coating and a sunken,thin pulse.The symptoms of Longlu(Luolong)disease include palpitations,heartburn,chest pain.The tongue and pulse signs are mostly pale and stagnant,with a thin white coating,petechiae and a thin,astringent pulse.The symptoms of Huolu disease include various kinds of pain,numbness of the limbs,soreness and weakness of the back and knees.The tongue and pulse are mostly pale,with a thin white coating and a sunken,thin pulse.5.Statistical analysis of the four qi,five tastes and attribution of meridians of all the medicines used in the 273 patients with consumptive disease included in this study revealed that the four gases and five flavours are mainly warm and sweet;the meridians are mostly the spleen,lung and stomach meridians.6.A statistical analysis of the commonly used drugs in the 273 patients with consumptive disease included in this study revealed that the drugs used were mainly of the deficiency tonifying and qi regulating type.A total of 142 drugs with a total of 17 categories of efficacy were used in patients with consumptive disease that developed in the Gudao(Tiaogenai),with bloating and diarrhea as the main clinical symptoms.A total of 104 drugs with a total of 16 categories of efficacy were used in patients with consumptive disease that developed in the Qidao(Tiaoluohei),with cough and sputum as the main clinical symptoms.A total of 82 drugs with a total of 12 categories of efficacy were used in patients with consumptive disease that developed in the Shuidao(Tiaoluolin),with edema and urgency and frequent clinical as the main clinical symptoms.A total of 54 drugs with a total of 13 categories of efficacy were used in patients with consumptive disease that developed in the Longlu(Luolong),with chest pain,palpitations,palpitations as the main clinical symptoms.A total of 95 drugs with a total of 17 categories of efficacy were used in patients with consumptive disease that developed in the Huolu,with body numbness,abnormal feeling as the main clinical symptoms.7.Analyzed by using the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance(V3.0)finded that 28 drug combinations(support 148,confidence 0.95)involving 5 flavours and 5 groups of core drug combinations(number of clusters 5)were commonly used by Professor Huang Jinming in the treatment of patients with consumptive disease that developed in the Gudao(Tiaogenai),with bloating and diarrhea as the main clinical symptoms.15 drug combinations(support 31,confidence 0.85)involving 5flavours and 5 groups of core drug combinations(number of clusters 5)were commonly used in the treatment of patients with consumptive disease that developed in the Qidao(Tiaoluohei),with cough and sputum as the main clinical symptoms.6 drug combinations(support 16,confidence 0.85)involving four drugs and 5 groups of core drug combinations(number of clusters 5)were commonly used in the treatment of patients with consumptive disease that developed in the Shuidao(Tiaoluolin),with edema and urgency and frequent clinical as the main clinical symptoms.18 drug combinations(support 6,confidence 1)involving 8 drugs and 3 groups of core drug combinations(number of clusters 3)commonly used in the treatment of patients with consumptive disease that developed in the Longlu(Luolong),with chest pain,palpitations,palpitations as the main clinical symptoms.28 drug combinations(support 20,confidence 0.95)involving 4flavours and 4 groups of core drug combinations(number of clusters 4)were commonly used in the treatment of patients with deficiency labour with consumptive disease that developed in the Huolu,with body numbness,abnormal feeling as the main clinical symptoms.Conclusion(s):1.Among the 273 cases of consumptive disease treated by Professor Huang Jinming,the most common patients were found to have developed in the Gudao(Tiaogenai),with bloating and diarrhea as the main clinical symptoms.With the rest in the order of Qidao(Tiaoluohei),with cough and sputum as the main clinical symptoms.Huolu,with body numbness,abnormal feeling as the main clinical symptoms.Shuidao(Tiaoluolin),with edema and urgency and frequent clinical as the main clinical symptoms.Longlu(Luolong),with chest pain,palpitations,palpitations as the main clinical symptoms.2.Professor Huang Jinming’s treatment of patients with consumptive disease is mostly based on warm,flat and sweet herbs,which are mainly attributed to the three meridians of the spleen,lung and stomach.The main types of drugs are those that tonify the deficiencies and regulate the Qi.The most frequently used for medication are Licorice,Atractylodes macrocephala,Astragalus,Angelica,Chen Pi,Red Ginseng,Eustoma,Citrus aurantium.(They are the main drugs in Huang’s Tiao Qi Tang of Zhuang medicine).3.Huang’s Tiao Qi Tang of Zhuang medicine is a classic prescription for Professor Huang Jinming for treating consumptive disease.Professor Huang believes that when the Huang’s Tiao Qi Tang of Zhuang medicine is used in clinical,it should be flexibly.For example,symptoms of Gudao(Tiaogenai)disease,such as loose stools,can be treated with Shen Qu-malt-hawthorn,and spontaneous sweating and night sweats can be treated with fructus wheat-jujube.Symptoms of Qidao(Tiaoluohei)disease such as fullness of the abdomen and stomach can be treated with Hou Pu-Yu Jin-Da Gao Pi,cough,phlegm and dry throat can be treated with Mai Dong-Sha Shen-Yu Zhu-Pinellia.Symptoms of Shuidao(Tiaoluolin)disease such as swollen limbs,urinary discomfort,and frequent urination can be treated with deer antler gum-bone marrow-cuscuta.Symptoms of Longlu(Luolong)disease such as blood deficiency and insomnia,palpitations can be treated with Wu Wei Zi-Pai Zi Ren-Sour Jujube Ren.Symptoms of Huolu disease such as soreness and weakness of the back and knees,numbness of the limbs can be treated with Eucommia-hyssop. |
