Objective:To explore the clinical effect of modified painless wheat grain purulent moxibustion in the treatment of refractory facial paralysis.Methods:60 patients with refractory facial paralysis were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the treatment group were treated with modified painless purulent moxibustion combined with conventional acupuncture, and 30 cases in the control group were treated with conventional acupuncture alone.Spss26.0 was used to analyze the differences of H-B functional classification scale,Bell’s palsy score,FDI scale and effective rate before and after treatment.Result:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.10%;the total effective rate of the observation group was 82.14%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Intra group comparison: H-B functional classification,Bell’s palsy score,FDI score after treatment were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);inter group comparison: the improvement degree of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Modified painless wheat grain purulent moxibustion combined with conventional acupuncture and conventional acupuncture is effective in the treatment of refractory facial paralysis.2.The clinical effect of modified painless wheat grain purulent moxibustion combined with conventional acupuncture in the treatment of refractory facial paralysis is better than that of conventional acupuncture alone.
