| Objective:To observe and compare the clinical effect of medicine separated moxibustion at Gaohuang plus acupuncture and acupuncture alone in treating insomnia of heart-spleen deficiency,and the two methods have different degrees of improvement in these patients.Methods:60 cases were selected,and were divided into two groups at random,30 cases,as test group,were treated with Gaohuang Medicine Separated moxibustion plus ordinary acupuncture,while the other 30 cases,as Control group,were treated with ordinary acupuncture.after 3courses of treatment,through the before and after two groups changes of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and total TCM syndrome integral scale,so as to contrast and judge the curative effect.Results:1.PSQI score and TCM syndrome score were significantly different between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment,PSQI score and TCM syndrome score were significantly different between the two groups.(P<0.05)2.There was a significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 86.67%,indicating that the curative effect of the combination of Gaohuang Medicine Separated moxibustion plus acupuncture was better than that of acupuncture alone.Conclusion:This project has proved the effectiveness of treating insomnia with deficiency of heart and spleen combined with Gaohuang Medicine Separated moxibustion plus ordinary acupuncture,which provides a new idea and method for clinical treatment of insomnia. |
