Clinical Trial Of The Treatment Of Yangming-Insomnia Based On The Theory Of Opening,Closing And Pivoting Of Three Yin And Three Yang

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Jinkui Maimendong decoction in the treatment of yangming-insomnia disease based on the theory of opening,closing and pivoting of three yin and three yang.Therefor,the guiding significance of the theory in TCM diagnosis and treatment of yangming-insomnia can be explored.Methods: From May 2019 to December 2020,80 patients were selected strictly according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the department of encephalopathy and longsha clinic of the affiliated hospital of shandong university of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The samples were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The patients in the experimental group were treated with oral Maimendong decoction.The patients in the control group were treated with dextropicolone tablets,and the treatment period was2 weeks.On the same day before treatment and at the end of the second week,the patients in the control group were compared and evaluated with sleep disorder rating scale(SDRS),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and Yangming disease insomnia syndrome score table.The recurrence of the patients was analyzed and evaluated at the end of the 4th week.The data are processed and analyzed by IBM SPSS25.0,and a conclusion is drawn.Results:1.There was no significant difference in sex,age,admission score and course of disease before treatment between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),suggesting that the comparative scheme of the sample is operable and comparable.2.In the clinical efficacy study of insomnia,the total effective rate of the test group was 89.74%,and the total markedly effective rate was 53.85%.The total effective rate of the control group was 84.21%,and the total markedly effective rate was 52.63%.There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3.In terms of clinical efficacy of TCM syndrome,the total effective rate of the test group was 87.18%,and the total markedly effective rate of the control group was 38.46%.The total effective rate of the control group was 39.47%,and the total markedly effective rate was 10.26%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.For the patients with insomnia diagnosed clinically as Yangming non-descending type,Maimendong decoction and right zopiclone were selected to treat insomnia.It was found that the therapeutic effect of Maimendong decoction on insomnia of Yangming disease was similar to that of right zopiclone,and the curative effect of TCM syndrome was significantly better than that of the control group.2.During the follow-up of 14 days,the long-term effect of Maimendong decoction in the treatment of insomnia in Yangming disease was more stable than that of right zopiclone tablet.3.The syndrome of insomnia patients with Yangming disease is characterized by difficulty in falling asleep,which can be taken as the key point of syndrome differentiation,and the syndrome manifestation of Gu Yangming syndrome can be treated based on syndrome differentiation to improve the clinical effect.4.No serious adverse reactions were found in the treatment of Yangming’s insomnia with Golden Chamber Maimendong decoction and it was safe.
