Clinicalefficacy Of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Climacteric Insomnia Based On Three Yin And Three Yang Opening And Fushu

Objective:Guided by the theory of three Yin and three Yang opening and closing shu,Xuefu Zhuyu decoction was used to treat the patients with climacteric insomnia of Shaoyin and Shaoyang cardinal adverse pattern,and the therapeutic effect was observed and evaluated,so as to explore the clinical application value of the theory of three Yin and three Yang opening and closing shu in climacteric insomnia.Methods:This study followed the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Sixty-six patients with menopausal insomnia were adopted,There were 33 cases in the experimental group treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and 33 cases in the control group treated with alprazolam tablets.The treatment time was 4weeks.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality index(PSQI),modified Kupperman and TCM syndrome scale were used to evaluate the patients’ condition before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy was evaluated and compared between the two groups,and adverse reactions were observed.Result:1.Excluding two cases of shedding in the experimental group and two cases of shedding in the control group during treatment,the remaining62 cases were successfully completed.Before treatment,there were no statistical differences in age composition,course length,modified version of Kupperman score,PSQI score,and total score of TCM syndrome table between the two groups(P>0.05),showing comparability.2.Relative comparison of scale scores: after treatment,the total scores of modified Kupperman,PSQI and TCM syndrome scale in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total scores of the modified Kupperman,PSQI and TCM syndrome tables in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Compared with the PSQI score,the significant efficiency of the experimental group and the control group were 54.84% and 25.81%,respectively,and the effective rate were 80.65% and 74.19%,respectively.Statistical analysis showed that the two groups had statistical differences(P<0.05).Compared with the TCM syndrome table score,the significant efficiency of the experimental group and the control group were 41.94% and 6.45%,respectively,and the effective rate were 87.10% and 48.39%,respectively.Statistical analysis showed that the two groups had statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Based on the theoretical guidance of three Yin and three Yang opening fusuma in the treatment of adverse effects of Yin and Shaoyang Cardinal,in the comparison of clinical efficacy in the treatment of menopausal insomnia caused by adverse effects of Shaoyin and Shaoyang cardinal,the experimental group applying Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction has better therapeutic efficacy than the control group taking alprazolam tablets.2.Compared with Alprazolam tablets,Xuefuzhuyu Decoction also has a certain degree of improvement in traditional Chinese medicine symptoms such as hot flushsweating,chest and stomach tightness,depression,dry mouth and bitter mouth,palpitation,dizziness and so on,with better overall efficacy.It highlights the superiority of the overall conditioning of traditional Chinese medicine.3.The experimental study shows that in shaoyin Yang Shu Ji less adverse menopausal insomnia patients by open closed in three Yin and three Yang pivot theory under the support of treatment,efficacy significantly,proved that the three Yin and three Yang open close pivot theory has great application value in clinic,Suitable for promotion.
