Formulation And Promotion Of Guidelines For Diagnosis And Treatment Of Pediatric Constipation Treated By Classic Prescriptions

Objective:"Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pediatric C onstipation Treated by Classic Prescriptions" was reformed to promote the inheritance of classic scriptures.Methods:On the basis of evidence-based medicine,literature research,D elphi method and expert demonstration meeting were adopted to formulate g uidelines.Through questionnaire,the evaluation of promotion at grass-root s level of the guideline was completed.Results:A total of 74 articles that met the standards were retrieved,of which 2 were of high quality,and 12 prescriptions were screened.The f irst round of expert questionnaire was developed based on literatures and supplement of missing syndrome type and prescription in line with releva nt guidelines and teaching materials.The second round of expert questionn aire was formed according to the results.The positive coefficient of firs t and second questionnaire is 93.7%and 100%.The first draft of the guide line was formed according to the results of two rounds of questionnaire.0 n the basis of expert demonstration meeting,guideline was formed.(see App endix 1).Conclusion:"Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pediatric C onstipation Treated by Classic Prescriptions" have been formulated,which is accepted by experts.It is convenient for grass-roots doctors to maste r and use,and promote the inheritance of classical prescriptions.
