Study On The Formulation And Promotion Of The Grassroots Guidelines For The Treatment Of Pediatric Allergic Rhinitis By Classical Prescriptions

Objective:The formulation of The grassroots guidelines for the Treatment of Pediatric Allergic Rhinitis by Classical Prescriptions in Shandong Province,complete the investigation and evaluation of the grassroots promotion of the guide,and promote the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:1.The combination of network retrieval and manual retrieval is used comprehensively and systematically retrieve the target database,ancient literature,relevant guidelines,specifications,teaching materials and famous TCM empirical literature.By taking internationally recognized quality assessment tools to score different types of literature,screen high-quality literature as suggestions formulated as guidelines,sort out and summarize relevant literature,and formulate expert questionnaires on this basis.2.After censusing and analyzing the results of the questionnaire and draft the guidelines,a consensus was reached through the research group discussion meeting,and determine the first draft of the grassroots diagnosis and treatment guidelines for the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children by classical prescriptions,which will be peer evaluated the methodological quality of the guidelines by four non research group experts.3.Investigating the grassroots promotion and application of the first draft of the guide,and complete the applicability evaluation of the guide through the grassroots promotion feedback results.Results:A total of 1526 modern literatures were retrieved in the literature research,and 18 high-quality literatures were selected.After two rounds of expert questionnaires and discussion by the research group,the first draft of The grassroots guidelines for the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children with classical prescription was formed.The feedback scores of 40 clinicians in 23 grassroots medical institutions on the quality,level and application of the guidelines fluctuate between 5.650-6.025 and 4.825-6.475 respectively.Grassroots promotion research shows that the achievements that need to be absorbed most are the national famous and old traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment scheme and the hospital characteristic diagnosis and treatment scheme(22/55%).The main suggestions for the guide are to provide the formulation method of the guide and increase doctors’ trust in the guide(18/45%).Conclusion:The grassroots guidelines for the Treatment of Pediatric Allergic Rhinitis by Classical Prescriptions in Shandong Province by this project are convenient for the grassroots doctors to grasp and clinically use,and the overall quality is high,which is conducive to giving full play to the advantages of classic prescriptions and promoting its transmission.
