| ObjectiveThrough observation and comparison of the curative effect of routine acupuncture combined with blood pricking and cupping in the treatment of wind-heat phenotype urticaria and oral western medicine cetirizine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of wind-heat phenotype urticaria,it is evaluated that routine acupuncture combined with blood pricking and cupping therapy. The clinical efficacy of treating wind-heat phenotype urticaria provides a new clinical reference for the treatment of wind-heat phenotype urticaria by routine acupuncture combined with blood pricking and cupping.MethodUsing SPSS20.0 software to generate 66 integer random numbers ranging from 1 to 66,and through the random number method,66 patients with wind-heat phenotype urticaria who met the inclusion criteria of this trial were randomly selected according to the order of their first visits. They were evenly allocated to the treatment group and the control group, with 33 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with routine acupuncture combined with blood pricking and cupping, and the control group oral cetirizine hydrochloride tablets were given as a treatment measure, and the 4-week treatment before treatment was used as the time node. The clinical symptoms and signs of the patients in the treatment group and the control group were scored and the total score, disease classification, clinical efficacy, total quality of life score and the safety of treatment measures were compared and analyzed.ResultThe general data(including gender data and age data)and observation index data(including the scores of each item of clinical symptoms and signs before treatment, their total scores, and disease classifications)of patients with wind-heat phenotype urticaria in the treatment group and the control group compared with the overall quality of life score),the results were P>0.05,and the difference was not significant. Therefore, the treatment group and the control group were comparable in patients with wind-heat phenotype urticaria. After 4 weeks of treatment, the treatment group achieved a total effective rate of 87.89%,and the control group was 81.82%.In the treatment group,14 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,1 case was effective, and 4 cases were ineffective, while the control group had 10 cases cured,6 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective and 6 cases were ineffective.Comparative analysis showed that P<0.05,the effective rate of treatment group and control group was significantly different. After the treatment group and the control group finished treatment, the scores of the number of wind boluses, duration, maximum diameter, frequency of attack and degree of pruritus, and their total scores, and the total quality of life scores, all achieved greater decrease than before the treatment, comparative analysis,P<0.05,the difference is significant. After the end of treatment, the treatment group and the control group carried out a comparative analysis between the group, found that the treatment group in improving the condition, reducing the number of wind groups, duration, maximum diameter, frequency of seizures, etc.the treatment group has a greater advantage(P<0.05),and in reducing itching, the treatment group and control group treatment effect is consistent(P>0.05).In terms of overall quality of life score,a comparative analysis between the treatment group and the control group after the end of treatment showed that the treatment group was able to improve the quality of life to a higher extent, with a significant difference of P<0.05.ConclusionThe clinical effect of routine acupuncture combined with blood pricking and cupping in the treatment of wind-heat phenotype urticaria is effective, safe and reliable. It can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life, and can be extended to the clinical treatment of wind-heat phenotype urticaria. |
