| Objective:To understand the occupational exposure situation,knowledge awareness rate of protection knowledge,implementation rate of standard protective behavior,demand for occupational protection,and protection management situation of the pharmacy compounding center(hereinafter referred to as static compounding center)of Shandong Province,and clarify the static compounding center The problems and related factors of the occupational protection of the deployment of chemotherapy drugs personnel provide a basis for the comprehensive and systematic protection guidelines for the static distribution center and targeted standardized chemotherapy protection education.Methods:1.Construction of questionnaire:Based on the "quality management standard of intravenous cytotoxic drugs deployment in medical institutions" issued by China Pharmaceutical Association on September 6,2019,the questionnaire of "professional exposure and protection of PIVAS deployment chemotherapy drug personnel" was initially constructed,and Delphi expert letter method was used to carry out expert correspondence,determine the content of the questionnaire,and test the reliability and validity of the content of the questionnaire。2.Investigation stage:stratified by hospital level,the static distribution centers of 10 general hospitals in Shandong Province are selected by stratified cluster sampling method,which are five third class A hospitals,three third class B hospitals,and two second class A hospitals as the investigation objects.The links or two-dimensional codes are sent to the sampling.hospitals to engage in the static distribution work by using the questionnaire star platform Of the staff.295 questionnaires were sent out,284 were recovered,and the recovery rate was 96%.SPSS 18.0 software was used for statistical description and analysis.Results:1.After two rounds of expert correspondence,the expert opinions tend to be the same,forming the questionnaire on occupational exposure and protection of PIVAS dispensing chemotherapy drug personnel.2.(1)there was significant difference in the standard operation of the staff with different education background(P<0.05).The standard operation implementation rate of the undergraduate group was higher than that of the specialist group.(2)there was a significant difference in the standard operation of deployment personnel in different working years(P<0.05).(3)different age,working years,education background,professional title,and different levels of hospitals generally have higher frequency of exposure to chemotherapy drugs,but the difference of exposure frequency is not statistically significant(P>0.05).(4)there was no significant difference in the selection of mask types among hospitals of different ages,working years,educational background,professional titles and grades(P>0.05).More than 60%of the statically assigned personnel selected two-layer surgical masks as protective measures,while only less than 40%of the personnel selected masks of N95 or above,with low implementation rate of standardized operation.(5)there was no significant difference in the incidence of needle stabbing among the staff of different ages,working years,educational background,professional titles and levels of hospital static matching center(P>0.05).(6)There was a significant difference in the operation items of dispensing chemotherapy drugs in different levels of hospitals(P<0.05).Conclusion:The concept of occupational protection of chemotherapy drugs between managers and practitioners is relatively weak,and there is still a gap between the implementation of standard protection measures.The managers of the static distribution center should actively improve the current status of occupational protection of chemotherapeutic agents and standardize occupational protection training;practitioners should actively learn the knowledge of chemotherapeutic protection,improve compliance with the standardized operation of chemotherapeutics,and jointly promote occupational health. |
