BackgroudHealth-care professionals' high occupational infection rate has catchedgreat attention of the public during the break out of SARS, so occupational damage and occupational protection has become a tough problem in hospital infection management. Hospital is a location for healing the wounded and rescuing the dying , meanwhile , it's a place that collects microorganism where the professionals confronted many uncertainty of occupational damage. The special working environment and served clients make the nurses face all kinds of dangers , therefore they are the most dangerous crowd among clinical professionals. On the other hand, because the higher education institute has not brought the knowledge of Hospital Infection , Hospital Infection Nursing and occupational protection into the teaching plan , the great latent dangerous factors consist in paramedics who with weak consciousness and wanting knowledge in occupational protection. The urgent target for nursing management is Reducing dangerous factor and occupational damage as well as strengthening the concept for health keeping.
