| Objectives1.To construct a tool for investigating the status of occupational protection knowledge,attitudes and practices of Nursing Assistants.2.To describe the current status of occupational protection knowledge,attitudes and practices of Nursing Assistants3.To analyze the influential factors of occupational protection knowledge,attitudes and practices of Nursing Assistants Method Based on the KAP model and literature review,through the discussion of the group to establish a primary version of the questionnaire on the occupational protection knowledge,attitude and practices of Nursing Assistants,and the final version of the questionnaire was developed by two rounds of Delphi expert consultation and pre-investigation 100 Nursing Assistants.Further,from July 2018 to December 2018,315 cases of Nursing Assistants in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria of two top three hospitals in Chengdu were recruited by convenience sampling method in this cross-sectional survey.Data were collected using the Nursing Assistants general data questionnaire,the occupational protection knowledge,attitude and practices of Nursing Assistants questionnaire.Then the questionnaire was collected,screened,and sorted.Epidata 3.0 and SPSS 21.0 were used for statistical analysis.Results1.(1)The occupational protection investigation tool for Nursing Assistants consists of two parts: the Nursing Assistants general data questionnaire,a total of 21 items;the occupational protection knowledge,attitude and practices of Nursing Assistants questionnaire,a total of 83 items,including the occupational protection knowledge questionnaire for Nursing Assistants,the occupational protection attitude questionnaire for Nursing Assistants and the occupational occupation practices questionnaire for Nursing Assistants.Two rounds of Delphi experts positive coefficient are all 100%(questionnaire recovery rate);(2)Authoritative coefficient is 0.90;(3)Expert opinion Kendall coordination coefficient of two rounds of consultation were 0.280(P < 0.000),0.303(P < 0.000).The first round of expert consultation,coefficient of variation varied from 0.00 to 0.29,the second round was 0.00~0.26;(4)The content validity index is 0.970;(5)the split-half reliability of this study questionnaire is 0.946,the split-half reliability of knowledge,attitude and practices of this questionnaireis 0.877,0.869,0.795;(6)The Cronbach's a coefficient of this study questionnaire is 0.938,Cronbach's a coefficient of knowledge,attitudes and practices is 0.849,0.877,0.766.2.The Nursing Assistants on knowledge,attitude and practices of status questionnaire of occupational protection the average score was(281.22±32.09)points.The total averages scores of occupational protection knowledge,attitude and practices of Nursing Assistants were respectively 90.28±11.55,105.10±12.86,85.85±9.90.3.According to single factor analysis:(1)There was a remarkable difference(P<0.05)in different levels of education,company type,whether to receive formal training,frequency of training,whether to have a certificate of employment,training institutions,time spent in the nursing industry,monthly income,departments currently working,whether the unit provides medical examination,personal medical examination,what occupational injuries have been experienced of Nursing Assistants for having effect on the scores of occupational protection knowledge,attitudes and practices;(2)There was a remarkable difference(P<0.05)in whether it has experienced occupation Injury of Nursing Assistants for having effect on the scores of occupational protection knowledge and practices;(3)There was a remarkable difference(P<0.05)in differences age and the number of different protective tools of Nursing Assistants for having effect on the scores of occupational protection practices;(4)There was a remarkable difference(P<0.05)in monthly income of Nursing Assistants for having effect on the scores of occupational protection knowledge and attitudes.4.Multiple liner step-wise regression analysis showed that:(1)company type,whether the unit provides medical examination,personal medical examination,frequency of training into knowledge regression equation;(2)company type,whether the unit provides medical examination,personal medical examination,departments currently working into attitude regression equation;(3)company type,whether they have a certificate of employment,whether the unit provides medical examination,the number of different protective tools,personal medical examination,whether experienced occupational injuries into practices regression equation.Conclusion1.The KAP scale for the the questionnaire on the occupational protection knowledge,attitude and practices of Nursing Assistants,which is drew up by this study,contains 83 items.After pre-investigation,it has good reliability and validity.2.This study found that the occupational protection knowledge and practices of Nursing Assistants are at a medium-lower level and the attitude is at a medium level,which needs further improvement.3.Different levels of education,company type,whether to receive formal training,frequency of training,whether to have a certificate of employment,training institutions,time spent in the nursing industry,monthly income,departments currently working,whether the unit provides medical examination,personal medical examination,whether it has experienced occupation Injury,what occupational injuries have been experienced were the influenced factors that affected the knowledge of Nursing Assistants.Second,different levels of education,company type,whether to receive formal training,frequency of training,whether to have a certificate of employment,training institutions,time spent in the nursing industry,monthly income,departments currently working,whether the unit provides medical examination,personal medical examination,whether it has experienced occupation Injury,what occupational injuries have been experienced were the influenced factors that affected the attitudes of Nursing Assistants.Finally,differences age,different hospitals,different levels of education,company type,whether to receive formal training,frequency of training,whether to have a certificate of employment,training institutions,time spent in the nursing industry,monthly income,departments currently working,whether the unit provides medical examination,personal medical examination,whether it has experienced occupation Injury,what occupational injuries have been experienced and the number of different protective tools were the influenced factors that affected the practicess of Nursing Assistants.4.It is suggested that the occupational protection knowledge of Nursing Assistants should betrained and learned,to consolidate the attitude of occupational protection and to strengthen the practices of occupational protection of Nursing Assistants. |
