Objective: Through the "traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary platform(V2.5)",this paper analyzed and summarized professor Liu Qiquan’s treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome-D(IBS-D)with medication regularity and methods,so as to better record the clinical experience of famous TCM doctors and provide reference for the clinical treatment of IBS-D.Methods: Effective cases of professor Liu Qiquan’s diagnosis and treatment of IBS-D in the outpatient department of Hebei hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to December 2019 were collected, and the first diagnosis prescription was recorded into the system of "traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary platform(V2.5)",through which the thoughts, characteristics and methods of professor Liu Qiquan’s diagnosis and treatment of IBS-D were systematically analyzed. Results: 1 Basic information of patients:Of the 185 patients,89 were male and 96 were female, the age distribution ranged from 31 to 50 years old.The most common symptoms were epigastric department uncomfortable, all over the lack of strength, two abdominal distension, loose stool, abdominal pain want to diarrhea, diarrhea after abdominal pain relief.Tongue pulse the most common fat tongue, thin white moss, pulse string thin.Syndromes of liver depression and spleen deficiency were the most, followed by spleen deficiency and dampness.2 Drug analysis: The 185 prescriptions involved a total of 144 traditional Chinese medicines.Medium temperature(1805 times)and cold(1200 times)were most common, medicine "five tastes" in the bitter, xin, gan occupies the vast proportion, the medicine to the spleen(2520 times),liver(2076 times),stomach(1748 times),lung(1339 times)in the majority. In the application frequency of single traditional Chinese medicine,41 herbs were used for more than 30 times, which were classified and integrated according to their functions, and were divided into 11 categories. The ones with higher application frequency were: regulating qi medicine, nourishing deficiency medicine, relieving surface medicine, activating blood circulation and removing stasis medicine, hemostatic medicine, astringent medicine, and water-benefiting and moistening medicine.According to the statistics of the drug dosage in the top ten,the frequency of bupleurum was 6g,poria cogli was 20 g,rhizoma atractylodes was 9g,angelica sinensis was 12 g,radix scutellaria was 15 g,radix scutellaria was 30 g,radix scutellaria was 6g,rhizoma corydalis was 6g,rhizoma corydalis was 10 g,rhizoma corydalis was15 g.In the association rule, the number of support was set to 111(60%support)and the confidence was set to 0.9,and 13 core drugs were obtained.3New formula analysis: Through cluster analysis, the correlation degree was set as 9 and the penalty degree was set as 4,and the correlation degree between the two drugs was obtained.28 drug pairs with the correlation coefficient above 0.18 were obtained. On this basis, entropy clustering analysis of complex systems was carried out to obtain 12 core combinations and 6 new prescriptions. Conclusion: Through the analysis and summary of the software "traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary platform ",it can be seen that professor Liu Qiquan believes that "weak spleen and stomach, liver loss and drainage" is the key to the pathogenesis of IBS-D.Liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome is the most common type of this disease. On the treatment with "tonify the liver and spleen, and stop diarrhea " for the treatment of the major method, combined with syndrome symptoms, the method of regulating qi,supplementing asthenia, treating dampness and clearing heat is considered;Use the medicine to pay attention to the air conditioning, cold temperature appropriate;Good at cutting ancient prescription, good at using medicine;Besides,6 new prescriptions for treating IBS-D were obtained, which provided references and ideas for the future clinical treatment of this disease. However, there are some deficiencies in this study,so the later study should make the medical record more perfect,so as to enhance the systematic and objective research. |
