Clinical Study Of Yuyin Qianyang Decoction Combined With Enalapril Maleate Folic Acid Tablets In The Treatment Of H-type Hypertension (Yin Deficiency And Yang Hyperactivity)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yuyin Qianyang decoction combined with Enalapril maleate folic acid tablets on H-type hypertension with Yin deficiency Yang hyperactivity,and to provide more thinking for the treatment of H-type hypertension with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: 62 patients with H-type hypertension with Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,31 cases each,treatment group fell off 2 cases,the final 29 cases,no shedding in the control group.The control group was treated with enalapril maleate folic acid tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Yuyin Qianyang decoction on the basis of the control group,treatment for 4weeks.The validity and safety of the patients were analyzed by SPSS22.0statistical method.Results:1.There was no significant difference in sex,age,course of disease and hypertension grade between the two groups(P>0.05).2.TCM syndrome: In terms of TCM syndrome scores,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.10% and that of the control group was 64.52%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Blood pressure: There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05)in the blood pressure of the clinic and 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure;after treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of antihypertensive efficacy,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.66%,and the control group was 70.97%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Hcy,CIMT: In plasma Hcy,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant after treatment(P<0.05).In CIMT,there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions: The combination of Yuyin Qianyang decoction and Enalapril maleate folic acid tablets has a good effect in lowering blood pressure,and the effect is better than Enalapril maleate folic acid tablets alone.The effect is definite in ameliorating clinical symptoms and plasma Hcy level,no obvious adverse reactions were found.
