| Since the reform and opening up,China’s medical and health undertakings have made rapid development and progress;In particular,since the 18 th Party Congress,the reform of medical and health services has made great strides forward,and healthy China has become the strong support for realizing the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation.As an important part of China’s medical and health service system,social private hospitals and medical institutions have also met the rapid development opportunities.After 2001 China liberalized the medical market in,the number of private hospitals grew rapidly,especially after the new medical reform in 2009,the country paid more and more attention to the development of private medical care.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the idea of "supporting social medical institutions and developing health industry".The development of social private medical institutions in China is facing important opportunities.A series of policies have promoted the rapid development of private hospitals,but private medical institutions have increasingly prominent problems in the person-time aspects of diagnosis and treatment,medical accidents,emphasizing marketing and neglecting medical treatment.Therefore,it is of great significance to choose LZJQ Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital as the object of study and to study its development strategy as a founded in a short time established non-profit private hospital.Based on the in-depth study and understanding of relevant theories of strategic management,this paper firstly analyzes LZJQ Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital the internal and external environment faced by,and points out the opportunities and threats faced by the hospital as well as its own advantages and disadvantages.Secondly,SWOT matrix listed,which makes it clear strategic positioning of the hospital and puts forward clear strategic objectives.On this basis,the development strategy of the hospital is formulated.Finally,the implementation and control of the strategy are discussed.Use PEST analysis,Porter’s five Forces model and SWOT analysis methods.For the first time,we systematically selected and formulated the development strategy for LZJQ Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,which has important guidance and reference value for the hospital to enhance its core competitiveness and achieve excellence,strength and expansion.In addition,it also provides a useful reference for other domestic private medical institutions to formulate development strategies and realize sustainable development. |
