Research On Service Quality Evaluation Of Medical And Elderly Care Institutions Based On Machine Learning

In the social era of increasingly severe population aging and increasing risk of disease,China’s medical and pension model organically integrates medical and pension resources to truly realize the accessibility and continuity of medical services in the process of pension.Among them,the supply of service quality in medical and nursing care institutions is a key issue that researchers continue to pay attention to.In this study,by combing the relevant theories on service quality evaluation and machine learning at home and abroad,starting from the perspective of the perception of the elderly in the medical and nursing care institutions,the service quality evaluation index system of the medical and nursing institutions was constructed based on the SERVPERF service quality perception evaluation model,and after the analysis of the reliability validity and verification factors,30 final indicators were finally screened out,and then the model training and verification were carried out by three machine learning algorithms respectively,and the optimal model was obtained,and the index weight value and evaluation result were calculated accordingly.The results show that the service quality evaluation index system of medical and nursing care institutions based on the SERVPERF service quality evaluation model constructed by the Institute and the service quality evaluation model of medical and nursing care institutions based on BP neural network have good evaluation value,and the elderly have higher service quality satisfaction with the current service quality of medical and nursing institutions in Hunan Province,and the quality of services provided by institutions is better.It is suggested that the government should accelerate the construction of evaluation standards,build scientific and universal evaluation tools and introduce third-party evaluation subjects and credit systems,and institutions should improve the service quality evaluation system within institutions,consolidate the quality of life care services,focus on improving the quality of medical care services,steadily improve the quality of rehabilitation and health care services,and attach importance to the quality of recreational and comfort services.
