The Clinical Observation Of The Depression With Insomnia In The Type Of Stagnation Of Liver Qi Which Is Treatment By Auricular Acupuncture

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of t he depression with insomnia in the type of stagnation of liver qi which is treatment by auricular acupuncture,and to provide an effective clinical basis for the treatment.Methods:This research use random number table method divide 66 patients into two groups,33 of treatment group and 33 of control group,the basic treatment is take Fluoextine Hydrochloride Table ts,the treatment group united auricular acupuncture,changes twice a week,totally treatment 8 week.Observe the score changes in TCM syndrome score,HAMD and PSQI,to clear the clinical effects of auricular acupuncture.Results:1 Comparison of the efficacy index in pretherapy and post-treatment:Through the compares within groups of TCM syndrome score,HAMD and PSQI,which in the times of before tre atment and four week after treatment,four week and eight week after treatment,illustrate the auricular acupuncture combined with Fluoextine Hydrochloride Tablet and to treat only with Fluoextine H ydrochloride Tablet all have therapeutic effect in four week and eight week;Through the compares among groups of the three score in the time of our week and eight week,illustrate the auricular acupuncture combined with Fluoextine Hydrochloride Tablet have better effect.2 Comparison of clinical effects: The effective rate of treatment group is97.0%,recovery 12,obvious effect 17,effective 3,invalid 1;The effective rate of control group is 90.9%,recovery 0,obvious effect 11,effective 19,invalid3.Through the data compares among two groups,illustrate the auricu lar acupuncture combined with Fluoextine Hydrochloride Tablet have better effect.3 Comparison of safety:Two group patient all have safe general vital signs and laboratory index in pretherap y and post-treatment.Conclusion:The auricular acupuncture combi ned with Fluoextine Hydrochloride Tablet have better effects in reduce TCM syndrome score,HAMD and PSQI,and have high security,eas y and simple to handle,suit to popularize.
