The thesis topic is from the Research And Development Pro Ject Of Jiangxi Province(No.20171BBG70104).Glechoma longituba is the monarch medicine ingredient of Lithagogue Powder and the traditional Chinese medicine in China.We studied the chemical constituent of n-butanol E xtact Part of Glechoma longituba.It is of great significance to clar ify the chemical compositions of AGlechoma longituba.And our study pr ovided important scientific basis for making full use of Glechoma lon gituba.It can provide an important scientific basis for the developm ent,research and utilization of its medicinal value.At the same tim e,give more theoretical data support to the quality control system o f the Lithagogue Powder.In this dissertation,the following results we re achieved.The various of columnl chromatography and High performance liquid chromatography were used to isolate and purify the compounds of n-bu tanol Extract Part of the Glechoma longituba.The chemical structures were identified on basis of the data of MS,NMRMS,NOESY,HMBC,HSQC,HRESIMS,13C-NMR,1H-NMR and physiochemical properties.Result:28 com pounds were isolated identified as Caffeic acid(1),luteolin 7-O-β-ga lacturonyl-(2→1)-O-β-galacturonide(2),apigenin 7-O-β-galacturony l-(2→1)-O-β-galacturonide(3),syringaresinol-O-β-D-Glucopyranoside(4),(apigenin-7-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),2-(3′,4′-dihydroxyphenyl)-1,3-Benzo-dioxole-5-aldehyde(6),Shimobas hiric acid C(7),luteolin 7-O-glucoside(8),(+)-isolariciresinol 9′-O-β-glucopyranoside(9),(7S,8R)dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 9′-β-gluc opyranoside(10),3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-acrylic acid 1-(3,4-dihydrox yphenyl)-2-Methoxycarbonylethyl ester(11),β-ecdysterone(12),(6R,9R)-3-oxo-α-ionol-9-O-β-glucopyranoside(13),(E)-6-[9-(β-D-glucopyranos yloxy)butylidene]-1,1,5-trimethyl-4-cyclohexen-3-one(14),eugenyl-O-β-apiofuranosyl(1→6)-O-β-glucopyranoside(15),Rosmarinic acid(16),me thyl rosmarinate(17),liriodendrin(18),syringaresinol(19),medioresinol(20),n-Butyl rosmarinate(21),luteolin(22),3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)]-β-D-fucopyranosyl-3β,16α,23,28,29-Pentahydr-oxyoleana-11,13(18)-diene(23),1β,10α,4β,5α-diepoxy-7β-germacran-6β-ol(24),lucihirtin A(25),ilexsaponin B1(26),17-O-β-D-glucopyranosy(1→3)-β-D-glucopyranosy-3α-droxy-ent-pimara-8(14),15-diene-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(27),17-O-β-D-glucopyranosy(1→3)-β-D-glucopyranosy-3α-droxy-ent-pimara-8(14),15-diene-3-O-β-D-galactop yranoside(28).Conclusion:Compounds 2、4-7、9-15、18-21、23、24 are isolated from this plant for the firstime,Compounds27 and Compounds28 are new compounds.
