Clinical Effect Of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction On Diabetic Foot Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of diabetic foot with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods: 60 patients with diabetic foot of qi deficiency and blood stasis type in Enshi Central Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The treatment group was given Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction(300 ml,twice in the morning and evening,twice after meals),and the treatment cycle was 8 weeks;the control group was given pancreatic kininogenase(2 tablets / time,3 times / day),and the course of treatment was 8 weeks.The changes of fasting blood glucose,two hours postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,whole blood viscosity,ankle brachial ratio,toe brachial ratio,shallow sensation,deep sensation and TCM syndrome score were observed before and after treatment.Results: the total effective rate of the two groups was 100% in the treatment group and 79.31% in the control group,indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05);the TCM syndrome score of the two groups before and after treatment was better than that of the control group,P < 0.05,with statistical significance;the main clinical indicators of the treatment group were glucose metabolism index,ankle brachial ratio,toe brachial ratio The improvement of whole blood viscosity,high shear rate,shallow sensation and deep sensation in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,all of which met the requirements of P < 0.05,with significant difference;in terms of safety,there was no significant difference in blood routine,liver function and renal function between the two groups before and after treatment,and the safety evaluation was grade 1,without adverse reactions.Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction can improve the symptoms and signs of diabetic foot of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,with definite curative effect and safety.
