Objective: In this study,by observing the clinical efficacy of Qiguitongbi Decoction combined with conventional rehabilitation training in the treatment of hand motor dysfunction in patients with Qi-deficiency-and-blood-stasis type ischemic stroke at the recovery stage,it proves its effectiveness, and finds a better clinical plan for such patients to alleviate the pain of the disease.Mryhod: The research subjects were mainly from the inpatient and outpatient departments of our hospital.A total of 60 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were collected and signed informed consent. The object of the study according to the method of random number, randomly divided into 2 groups,30 cases in the treatment group(off =2),30 patients(off =3),treatment group Qiguitongbi Decoction and joint rehabilitation routine Routine secondary preventive medication after stroke, the control group only used rehabilitation training combined with secondary preventive medication. The treatment took 4weeks as a course of treatment, and the curative effect was evaluated after a course of treatment.Efficacy evaluation is mainly based on Brunnstrom Spasticity Score(upper extremity part),Wolf Motor Function Evaluation Scale, simple Fugl-Meyer motor function evaluation upper extremity part(FMA-UE)and TCM syndrome scores and grade frequency, etc.,and close observation of safety Sexual indicators, and finally collect data for statistical analysis.Through the comparison of the scales before and after treatment between the treatment group and the control group,as well as the comparison between the two groups before and after the treatment, statistical analysis was used to prove the clinical difference, and to explore its function and principle.Results:1.Before treatment, statistically analyze the general baseline data,Brunnstrom score,Wolf motor function evaluation scale, simple Fugl-Meyer motor function evaluation upper extremity part(FMA-UE)and TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group and the control group,Calculated P>0.05,which proves that the difference between the two groups before treatment is not statistically significant and can be analyzed.2.After treatment, statistical analysis was performed on the difference between the treatment groups before and after treatment in the observation indexes of the therapeutic effect, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05),which proved that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obvious after treatment.3.After treatment, statistical analysis was performed on the difference between the control groups before and after the treatment of the efficacy observation indicators, there are significant differences(P<0.05),which proves that the control group also has obvious efficacy in basic treatment.4.After treatment, the indicators of the efficacy of the treatment group and the control group were compared by statistical analysis, the results of significant difference(P<0.05).It proves that the improvement of hand function in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group.5.After treatment, compare the scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups. The effective rate of syndromes in the treatment group was 93.56%,while that of the control group was 70.37%.There was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The statistical significance proves that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion: The clinical effect of Qiguitongbi Decoction combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of patients with hand dysfunction of Qi-deficiency-and-blood-stasis type during stroke recovery is more significant than that of the control group that only takes rehabilitation training and secondary prevention medication.Qiguitongbi Decoction has remarkable clinical effects and is worthy of promotion.
