Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Buyanghuanwu Decoction Combined with Stroke Decoction in the treatment of blood stasis due to qi deficiency in convalescent period of apoplexy(ischemic stroke),and to explore the clinical significance of Buyanghuanwu Decoction Combined with Stroke Decoction in the treatment of blood stasis due to qi deficiency in convalescent period of stroke. Methods: a case-series study method was used in this study.56 cases of40-80 years old patients with ischemic stroke in Harbin Aerospace Fenghua hospital and Harbin Shiyitang Chinese medicine clinic from October 2019 to February 2021(The end point was the last patient’s medication and observation)were selected as the research objects. The cases meeting the inclusion criteria were studied by case-series study.all patients selected were treated with Buyanghuanwu Decoction and Stroke decoction, and the treatment course was 4 weeks.TCM syndrome score and total TCM syndrome score,NIHSS score, activity of daily living(ADL)score, modified Rankin classification,PRO score, were observed and compared before and after treatment. The data were analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software,to analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of the decoction in the treatment of this type of stroke.result:1.General statistics: 56 cases were enrolled in this clinical study,3cases fell off,so the number of effective cases was 53,including 31 males and22 females. The average age of the patients was 59.61 ± 7.29 years old,and the age distribution was mostly concentrated in the middle-aged and elderly.2.The total TCM syndrome scores of the subjects decreased every week, and the difference was of remarkable statistical significance(P=0.000< 0.01)between the 4th week and the 0th week. The scores of single symptom decreased every week.Except for pale complexion, the differences are of not statistical significance(P=0.134 > 0.05).The differences are of statistical significance(P< 0.05)in askew tongue, dysphasia, and the differences in the rest items are of statistical significance.13 are markedly effective and 34 are effective,The total effective rate is 88.68%.After treatment, the mild proportion increased significantly, and the moderate proportion decreased significantly.By rank sum test, the difference is of statistical significance(P=0.000< 0.01).3.The NIHSS score,ADL score and modified Rankin grade of the subjects after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment(P < 0.01).In the PRO scale, the patients’ physiological function, mental state and total score after treatment compared with before treatment are of remarkable statistical significance(P < 0.05);social relations, satisfaction are without statistical significance(P< 0.05).4.Blood pressure between before and after treatment shows no statistical significance(P> 0.05).Conclusion:1.Buyanghuanwu Decoction Combined with Stroke decoction can significantly improve the neurological deficit function, disability degree and activities of daily living of patients with blood stasis due to qi deficiency in the convalescent period of stroke, and also has a positive impact on the mental state of patients, which can improve the quality of patients’ life.2.Buyanghuanwu Decoction Combined with Stroke decoction can reduce the total score and single symptom score of TCM syndrome, and can significantly improve the TCM syndrome performance of patients with blood stasis due to qi deficiency in the convalescent period of stroke.
