Study On The Characteristics Of TCM Syndrome Elemets And Their Correlation With Anxiety And Depression In Patients With Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion

Objective:By analyzing the TCM pathological characteristics of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion,as well as the state of anxiety and depression in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion,the correlation between TCM pathological characteristics and the state of anxiety and depression in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion was preliminarily discussed,so as to provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods:Taking 92 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion in the outpatient and ward of the Fujian Provincial People Hospital to Fujian University of traditional Chinese Medicine as the research object,the four diagnostic information,anxiety and depression scale of the patients were collected,the pathological characteristics were identified by the "Health state identification system",and the anxiety and depression scale was classified artificially.The distribution and distribution of the pathological characteristics of recurrent spontaneous abortion were studied by using statistical methods It was correlated with anxiety and depression.Results:1.The highest incidence rate of recurrent spontaneous abortion was 28～34 years old,accounting for 46.7%,with an average age of 31.83±4.99 years.2.Characteristics of syndrome elements in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion:the top six syndrome elements in terms of occurrence frequency were,kidney,liver,cell,heart,spleen and heart.The top six syndrome elements of frequency of occurrence were Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,Qi stagnation,Yin deficiency,blood stasis and dampness.According to the frequency of occurrence of solid syndromes,the top six were qi stagnation,blood stasis,dampness,cold,phlegm and heat.According to the frequency of deficiency syndrome,the top six were Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,Yin deficiency,blood deficiency,qi deficiency and essence deficiency.3.The results of the syndrome elements analysis of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion in different age groups showed that there was no statistical significance in the scores of liver,kidney,heart,heart and spleen in disease position syndrome elements(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of solid syndromes such as blood stasis,dampness,cold,phlegm and Yang hyperactivity(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in the scores of qi stagnation(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the integral of deficiency of Qi deficiency,Yin deficiency and Qi instability(P>0.05),but there were statistical differences in the frequency and integral of deficiency of Yang deficiency and blood deficiency(P<0.05).4.Analysis of syndrome elements in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion of different times:there was no significant difference in the frequency and integral of liver,uterus,kidney,spleen and heart(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in the score of heart and mind(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the frequency and integral of solid syndrome and deficiency syndrome(P>0.05).5.Distribution of anxiety and depression in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion: among 92 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion,82 had anxiety,of which moderate anxiety accounted for the largest,about33.70%;57 had depression,of which mild depression accounted for the largest,about 38.04%.6.There was no significant difference in the degree of anxiety and depression of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion in different age groups(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in the degree of anxiety of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion in different abortion times(P>0.05);there was significant difference in the degree of depression of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion in different abortion times(P<0.05)。7.By comparing the correlation between syndrome elements and anxiety and depression scores in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion,it is concluded that anxiety score is positively correlated with liver and Qi Stagnation(P<0.05),and depression score is positively correlated with liver,mind and Qi Stagnation(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The main location of recurrent spontaneous abortion was kidney,liverand uterus.The general syndromes are qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,Qi stagnation,Yin deficiency,blood stasis and dampness.The main solid syndrome elements of recurrent spontaneous abortion are Qi stagnation,blood stasis and dampness.The main deficiency syndrome elements were Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency and blood deficiency.2.Patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion have obvious anxiety and depression.3.With the increase of anxiety score in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion,the pathological changes of liver and qi stagnation were aggravated.With the increase of depression score in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion,the pathological changes of liver,mind and qi stagnation were also aggravated.
