Clinical Observation Of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction Combined With Silver Needle Heat Transfer In The Treatment Of Blood Stasis Type Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with silver needle heat conduction in the treatment of blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation,in order to provide some reference for the clinical treatment of blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 90 patients with blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation who met the inclusion criteria and were treated in the Orthopedics and Traumatology Department of Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Fujian University of Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into TCM group,silver acupuncture group and combined group with 30 patients in each group according to the order of treatment.Among them,the Chinese medicine group was treated with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction,one dose per day for 7 days as a course of treatment,for 4 courses in a row.The silver needle group was given thermal conduction therapy with silver needle,once a week,for 4 consecutive times.The combined group was treated with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with silver needle thermal conduction therapy,and the VAS score,JOA score and TCM syndrome score of patients in the three groups were statistically analyzed before,after 1 weekend,2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,to objectively evaluate the TCM syndrome efficacy and the overall clinical efficacy of the three groups after treatment.SPSS22.0 was used for statistical analysis of all experimental data.Results:1.No shedding occurred in the three groups during the treatment period,and there were no statistical differences in age,gender,course of disease,VAS score,JOA score and TCM syndrome score among the three groups before treatment(P > 0.05),indicating comparability.2.VAS score,three sets of each observation node VAS score after treatment was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the comparison between the three groups,VAS score level joint group were more significant in the Chinese traditional medicine group,the silver needle group(P < 0.05),indicating that the body pain by stasis soup with heat conduction silver needle therapy may better ease patients’ pain symptoms.3.JOA score: three groups after treatment each observation nodes JOA score was rising,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05),and the comparison between the three groups,JOA score higher level joint group were more significant in the Chinese traditional medicine group,the silver needle group(P < 0.05),indicating that joint group in daily activity ability and improve the function of the lumbar spine,the Chinese medicine group and silver needle.4.TCM syndrome score,three sets of each observation nodes after treatment of TCM syndrome score was reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the comparison between the three groups,TCM syndrome score level joint group were more significant in the Chinese traditional medicine group,the silver needle group(P < 0.05),which indicates that in terms of improving syndromes,body pain by stasis soup joint silver needle thermal treatment has a better therapeutic effect.5.Efficacy evaluation: The efficacy of TCM syndromes in the three groups after treatment: TCM group(80.0%),silver acupuncture group(90.0%),combined group(96.7%),with statistical differences(P < 0.05);In addition,the comparison of the overall clinical efficacy of the TCM group(83.3%),the silver acupuncture group(93.3%),and the combined group(96.7%)also showed statistical differences(P < 0.05),suggesting that the combined group was better than the TCM group and the silver acupuncture group in terms of syndromes and overall efficacy.Conclusion:Chinese traditional medicine group,the silver needle group,united group three groups all have curative effect,can effectively relieve patients waist and leg pains,improve the function of the waist and daily activity ability,accelerate the body’s recovery,promote their quality of life rising steadily,and the body joint pain by stasis soup silver needle thermal conductivity of thermal conductivity compared with single oral medicine or a single silver needle curative effect better,comprehensive therapy is an effective,safe and reliable.
