| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Huatan Tongluo decoction in the treatment of phlegm-stasis type rheumatoid arthritis with dyslipidemia and its effect on blood lipid level,and provide relevant data for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods: 70 patients,including 35 cases in the observation group and 35 cases in the control group,were included in the randomized control group.The control group received methotrexate orally.The initial dose was 7.5mg/ week,and the dose was increased by2.5mg/week to 15mg/ week for maintaining the treatment.Folic acid tablets 5mg/ week,24 hours after oral methotrexate;Celecoxib capsule 0.2g take orally when needed.Observation group was additionally treated with Huatan Tongluo prescription,one dose per day,orally.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.With two groups of patients before and after treatment of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),blood sedimentation(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),rheumatoid factor(RF),anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody(anti-CCP),DAS28 score and grade of RA symptoms as observation indexes,those related related indicators we’re collected quantitatively and analysed with SPSS 18.0,and the curative effect we’re evaluated accordingly.Results:1.In this study,a total of 70 patients were included,including 35 patients in the observation group and 4 patients with abscission,and 35 patients in the control group and 3patients with abscission,with a total abscission rate of 10%.2.In the improvement of blood lipid,the total effective rate of the observation group was83.87%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 56.25%.After statistical analysis,the results showed a significant difference(P<0.05).In terms of curative effect of TCM syndromes,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.55%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 71.88%.After statistical analysis,there was a significant difference observed.3.ESR,CRP,RF,DAS28 scores,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.After treatment,they were all improved compared with before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Anti-CCP after treatment was no significant improvement compared with before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the improvement of ESR,CRP,DAS28 scores,TC and TG in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the results were statistical Significance(P<0.05).RF,anti-CCP,LDL-C,HDL-C of the observation group compared with the control group,the results were not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.In terms of RA grading and quantitative scoring,comparison of joint pain,joint swelling,joint tenderness,joint flexion and extension,morning stiffness,subcutaneous nodules scores and total scores between the two groups after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the two groups were treated with joint pain and joint swelling,joint tenderness,joint flexion and extension,morning stiffness,subcutaneous nodule score and total score compared with those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparing the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Huatan Tongluo decoction can adjust the blood lipid level of patients,especially can significantly reduce TC and TG.2.Huatan Tongluo decoction combined with western medicine can effectively improve the symptoms,signs,ESR,CRP,DAS28 scores of rheumatoid arthritis of phlegm-stasis type,and is better than the treatment of western medicine alone.No obvious side effects and adverse reactions were observed during the observation period. |
