Purpose and Significance: Through the research on the status quo,existing problems and development countermeasures of traditional Chinese medicine health management service in community health service center of C city,provide reference for promoting the development of traditional Chinese medicine health management service of community health service center in C city,and promote the theoretical research and practical exploration of community traditional Chinese medicine health management services.Research methods:(1)Use the literature research method to collect,review,analyze and comb domestic and foreign related papers,works,survey reports,statistical yearbooks,policy documents and other literature materials,grasp the status and development trends of domestic and foreign research,understand the policy environment,and define core concepts establish a theoretical framework;(2)Use investigation and research methods to investigate and analyze the traditional Chinese medicine health management services of the community health service center in C City through literature surveys,questionnaire surveys,interviews and other methods,so as to gain an in-depth understanding of the status quo and existing problems of traditional Chinese medicine health management services;(3)Using mathematical statistics,using tools such as Microsoft Office Excel 2016,SPSS 25.0,and performing statistical analysis on the relevant data obtained from the survey and research,supporting the description of the current situation and problems;(4)Using the Delphi method to revise the survey tools And perfection.Research results: The current status of traditional Chinese medicine health management services in the community health service center of C City is as follows: basic conditions are basically perfect,but the service content is incomplete,the service targets are limited,and it cannot meet the all-round needs of residents,the market needs to be expanded,the service innovation ability is insufficient,and lacks competitive advantages,low service levels,low residents’ recognition,service development is obviously affected by policies,and policy orientation features are notable.The main reasons for this situation are: the unbalanced allocation of traditional Chinese medicine health management resources in C City,and the low utilization rate of resources;the lack of traditional Chinese medicine health management service professionals;the lack of publicity of traditional Chinese medicine health management services;the informatization construction of community health service centers Lagging;community health service centers are not active in providing traditional Chinese medicine health management services;relevant policy systems and security systems are not sound.Countermeasures and suggestions: Improve the policy mechanism to ensure the comprehensive and effective development of community Chinese medicine health management services;strengthen talent construction to enhance Chinese medicine health management service capabilities;strengthen publicity and popularize Chinese medicine culture,create a good environment for the development of Chinese medicine health management;accelerate informatization Construction,improve the efficiency of Chinese medicine health management services;improve the incentive mechanism,and mobilize the enthusiasm of community health service centers for Chinese medicine health management services.
